Riverside condo downtown Pigeon Forge, short walk to LeConte and The Island.

The host was awesome, she answered promptly and took care of my needs. The condo is in a prime location in the middle of everything Pigeon Forge has to offer. I would highly recommend this condo. My family and I had a great trip and made great memories.

Susan was super friendly. We loved the condo and it very comfy. Will definitely be back!!

It was nice place elevator was very slow but used the stairs, it was close walk to everything. Kitchen was clean. Bed were conformable. Very enjoyable.

One of the best places we have stayed. Condo was clean, beds slept really good and loved the decorations. Plenty of room for everyone. Nice quiet area and we felt safe. I could not ask for a better host. Susan was very helpful. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.

The condo is very clean and decorated with a cabin feel. It was nice to be so close to The Island, go karts and moutain coasters and still sit on the patio in the morning and listen to the river flow. The furniture was comfortable and the water pressure was great. Would stay here again.

Condo was in a good location, easy accessibility. It was clean, had plenty of seating. Kitchen had everything you needed.

We enjoyed our stay, it was very clean and easy to get to, you can walk to the island on a paved trail behind the building. The balcony overlooking the river was so nice, you can sit and listen to the water while drinking your morning coffee. There was only my sister and myself on this trip and we felt completely safe.

This was a very clean condo. Decorated very nicely for Christmas. Great location and a nice balcony seating area. We would stay again.

The condo was GREAT. There was plenty of room for sitting and sleeping. The balcony was huge! The cleaning crew needs to be looked at...we had a gift left in the hall bathroom toilet, and not even a complete roll of toilet paper (and no replacement). Some towels were left in the dryer while others were damp, and there were cobwebs in the light fixtures. I would recommend even with the cleaning issues. That can be corrected, but location and the condo cannot. the haa bathroom, the

It was the perfect little condo with some much personality! Great location to experience all of Pigeon Forge!

This spacious 2 bedroom condo was perfect for our family. Very cozy, comfortable, safe & quiet. Easy parking. Close location to Dollywood & The Island. Walking distance to the Parkway with tons of food & shopping options. The 3 queen beds in one room with a bathroom was perfect for the kids. Would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay,(and visit to the Hillside Winery). Check in was easy and flawless, and the condo was VERY clean and comfortable. We will keep this condo in mind for our next “wine run” Many thanks, Mike & Jodi

Condo was decorated adorable, location was wonderful so close to everything. There is not a secured WI-FI, it is just generic for the complex. Pool was most disappointing because it was Memorial Day weekend and closed. Susan was easy to work with.
