Stayed Jan 16, 2026This was a great location! The beds were comfortable. The towels were soft. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with pans (for the stove and oven), measuring cups, serving utensils and small appliances (toaster, microwave, hand mixer and coffee maker). The mountain was so close and I wasn't skiing so we chose to drive most days, but it was great to have the option of the shuttle on the day we used it. We also enjoyed the games/playing cards in the evening after skiing.

Stayed Aug 29, 2025Awesome location for swimming the river. Close to Loon Mountain where we rode the gondola up. A short drive to where we went to Clark’s Trading Post. Another short drive to the Flume Gorge. Close to restaurants. Prime location overall.

Stayed Aug 10, 2024The condo was perfect for our multigenerational family vacation! The river views from the deck were amazing- perfect spot for morning coffees and relaxing all day. Easy walk to the swimming hole and quick drive to everything in downtown Lincoln and Franconia Notch. Condo was clean, very quiet and accessible with only a half flight of outdoor entry stairs. Owners were quick to reach. We would book again!
