Stayed Sep 25, 2025Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo. The aspen trees were at their prime foliage and lined the path of the Blue River directly behind the condo. It was very relaxing to leave the sliding door open and listen to the flow of the river. The condo was comfortable, clean and well equipped.

Stayed Apr 6, 2025We loved our stay at the condo. The space was lovely and comfortable. Plenty of room for our party of 3. Noticed the heated floors in the bathrooms, which was a nice touch. Enjoyed the walking path across the river and hiking in nearby Dillon.

Stayed Aug 24, 2024My wife and I travel to Summit County annually to escape the summer heat at home and enjoy hiking in the mountains. The condo is in a great location on the river and close to shopping and restaurants. Sitting on the deck listening to the river was quite relaxing. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jun 12, 2024My daughter and I spent a week here. It was a great central location to explore all the beautiful surrounding mountain towns, like Vail, Frisco, Breckenridge and Glenwood springs. Perfect place to come back to and relax and listen to the river after a day of exploring and hiking. Beds were so comfortable and loved the decor!
