Riverfront Retreat w/ Pool | Walk to Broadway

Beautiful Property , Quiet and Very clean. Recommend this property to stay at

Stay was nice. Bedroom, living room and kitchen were clean. Had to have bathroom recleaned though. Host was very responsive to messages.

Nice place to stay and relax. Short 10-15 minute walk to broadway street.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and comfortable. It's a very convenient location and the view of the river was a bonus.

Perfect location with a short walk (15 minute) to Broadway but far enough away to relax away from the crowds. Could use a good scrubbing, overall common areas were clean but it has been awhile since the place has been dusted or corners cleaned. The living room carpet had an area that was sticky so we had to wear shoes. Would be a nice touch if it had some more essentials such as tissues, storage bags/containers for leftovers and a full size or even 4 cup coffee pot. The balcony over looking the river was a nice spot, we did not use the laundry, pool or exercise room. Easy check in/out.

Communication from the property manager was excellent. Easy to load and unload your vehicle with this condo being on ground level. Quiet place with a comfy vibe and easy to get to all the prime spots around Nashville.

Excellent experience from start to finish. We were in town for the CMA music festival at Nissan Stadium and never had yo move the car. The included covered parking was perfect for the occasional rain. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. We were able to walk to Broadway and restaurants all within a 15 min or so walk. The communication and check in process was very easy. The community is large but we found it quiet and with ample parking. We have stayed at many places in Nashville and this was by far the best option for it convenience and location. In the future this would be our first choice.

This river front apartment was perfect for us. Everything fun downtown is in walking distance. Every morning while my wife over looked the Cumberland River with a book and coffee I walked 15min to Frothy Monkey for my morning coffee. I would say if you bring a 3rd person there is no door on the only bedroom. I’d absolutely recommend this for a couple! Great place, host, and location!

Spent 2 nights. The host was very responsive to my questions. The bed was very comfortable and the whole apartment was clean and well appointed. Everything we needed was to hand. The free covered parking was an added bonus. 25 minute walk to Broadway. Would definitely stay again.

Great location near Germantown and BroadwayLiked watching barge traffic on the riverGym was not in great shape missing most weights. Eliptical not working. There is a sign in there indicating it is getting a remodel this summer though

The place was exactly as advertised. Great location, clean, and the quiet patio overlooking the river was perfect for morning coffee.

This condo was by far one of my favorite places to stay. It was tastefully decorated, extremely comfortable, the amenities they provided were phenomenal, and it was in the perfect location. I stayed three nights and four days and it was an amazing relaxing vacation. I look forward to staying again.

Cute apt within walking distance to downtown. Had a great happy hour 3 blocks away. Nice outside space with Riverview.

We basically only needed a place to sleep and shower. This was perfect. The only suggestion I'd make is that'd been nice if bottled water would've been available.

The first apartment we stayed in had nice views of the river the bridge that goes over to the stadium. The apartment was clean. However, there was no heat and the fireplace was not working fireplace was one of the benefits. We were looking forward to. We called James. He answered right back. He was sending a technician. He could not find a technician since it was a Saturday night. We could not stay there because it was 50° inside the room. James offered us a two bedroom apartment and another location. He sent the pictures we agreed on going we arrived there. The apartment was very nice very clean great about letting us move all of our bags into the apartment immediately we enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was very clean two bedroom. We only wish that it had a king size bed in one of the bedroom, but the room was very nice and clean in a very secure neighborhood and building. James did a great job and handling all the situation. Thank you very much again James you made our stay there very happy.

Was a pefect get away for a couple. Walking distace to the main nashvile strip. (18 min walk) Free parking! Small balcony for coffee and cookie and the bed is really comfy.

I would recommend this condo to anyone. The condo very tasteful decor and clean. The communication was on spot, when have no idea where you are going, they was very helpful. The walk was easy to get to Broadway.

Good location. Great parking. Comfy bed. Clean and urban cute. Pool on site and used laundry room. Walked to Broadway and Printer’s Alley and Ubered at night for about $10. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo was comfortable and clean. Had everything you could need for a stay. It was nice to sit on the deck and watch the water. Nice and quiet and the covered parking was great and convenient. Location was great, easy access off highway and to downtown. James was great with communication. Would stay there again.

The location absolutely cannot be beat. I had some minor confusion with the location/unit number but got a phone call fairly quickly to address it and was also allowed to check in. The unit itself is very nice. However, there was a sort of odd smell in it (similar to a water smell). There was an air purifier so that seemed to help once we turned it on. The shower head had awful water pressure and as a female with a lot of hair it took forever to wash my hair. The only other issue is there was a TON of gnats inside. Now, I realize it was 90 degrees and we are right on the water but they ate us the entire time we stayed. If these small things were fixed we would absolutely stay again. The location can’t be beat. You are basically in downtown Nashville so be aware that there are homeless down the road under the bridge and along the river. We walked past them one evening with no issues. The scooters on site were awesome as well.
