Riverfront Lincoln Condo: 1 Mi to Loon Mountain!

Such a beautiful property!! We absolutely loved our stay here!!

Yearly ski trip to Loone was perfect! The locations drive to the mountain parking was only a blip in time. Made even better when heading back after a long cool day skiing. It was weekday skiing so it was pleasantly quiet. On the mountain as well as at the condos. After a brief bit of entry confusion a call to Chuck had us in right away. The place is great! We felt at home as soon as we entered. Bedrooms were all clean and orderly. You can’t beat two full bathroooms so less waiting for the shower. Living area is large and comfy. We did not use the fireplace. But it’s nice it was an offering. Most don’t allow it. Kitchen offered close to everything you needed to cook any meal. We ate in both nights. We all commented on how comfy the beds were. I’m sure it’s just as wonderful in warmer months. We will definitely try to get this place again for next years ski trip. Oh ya. We were left a bottle of wine to enjoy as well!! Class act. Thanks againMW from RI

Beautiful home! We loved the view from the back and enjoying our coffee out there each morning. The owner provides wonderful amenities and everything is well stocked and clean. Great location. Highly recommend!

What an amazing place to stay! The apartment was perfect. We loved the view of the river and mountains from the deck. The modern kitchen was a dream. The large sectional was so comfy and was a perfect place to relax. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. We will be back.

This condo is right on the river and has everything you could possibly need to feel right at home. The host provided clear instructions and made themselves available in case we had any issues (which we didn’t). I would definitely stay here again and rate our experience a 10/10- highly recommend.

The Condo was great, nicely decorated, fully stocked. The location is great for skiing at Loon, snow shoeing the path along the river. Really nice listening to the River and the view from the deck was beautiful. I would definitely rent again.

Had a great time, great location

The property is exactly as the pictures show. Although there was no shuttle service, it is just a one mile drive to the mountain. And easy parking! The house was clean , just a few things that I communicated to Chuck which were addressed right away. He is a very responsive host and we will be looking to go back to Loon again!

Comfortable stay

There is a a reason I keep staying at this place. Such a beautiful place to stay, super comfortable, check in process is perfect, and the owners always ensure to keep an open line of communication.

This condo rates at the top of the chart for comfort and location! The mountain views and sounds of the river on one side and the Kancamagus Highway on the other can’t be beat. Perfect condo for a fall foliage trip in the White Mountains. Views, exploring, great food, and comforts of home all at your fingertips or a short venture away.

The exterior of the building was not overly impressive, but the condo was! It was immaculate and extremely roomy for my wife and I. The renovations done several years ago to the home cause it to be a standout rental—especially if you see pictures of what it looked like pre-reno. The home interior pictures did not lie and the outside deck overlooking the rushing river was wonderful. The sounds of the river were comforting. The property is perfectly located if you wish to visit the White Mountains and can easily accommodate 4-5 adults. It sits in from of the Loon Mountain Resort which makes skiing right around the corner. Can’t see a time of the year that this home wouldn’t be perfect for a couple or two. If there was a detractor, it would be how small the Price Chopper (and how high the prices were) was that is just down the street, but there is a Shaws in town and Plymouth has lots of shopping 20 minutes south on I-93. Regardless, we’d gladly rent the home again.

We loved this unit and its proximity to everything. Can't beat the riverfront location. Beautifully appointed unit - would definitely stay here again. Access to the Loon Mountain Club is an added bonus.
