The Space:

The condo sleeps up to 5 guests across one bedroom and two sleeper sofas. The bedroom features a king bed, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and single vanity, smart TV, and a large desk for remote work. The living room includes a queen sleeper sofa, twin sleeper chair, and additional smart TV mounted above a cozy gas fireplace. A second full bathroom offers a shower/tub combo and single vanity. The kitchen comes equipped with stainless steel appliances, and counter seating for two sits alongside a dining table for four. Step outside to a spacious private balcony with sweeping views of the Deschutes River, Pioneer Park, and the Deschutes River Trail. The building provides a large year-round indoor pool and hot tub for guest use. A full-size washer and dryer are located in the unit. WiFi and streaming-capable smart TVs throughout. Parking for 1 vehicle. Dogs are welcome with advance notice. ❄️ Winter guests love the quick 22-mile drive to Mt. Bachelor for skiing and snowboarding, while summer visitors enjoy kayaking, rafting, and biking right from the doorstep. A fenced pet area with river views is located just downstairs.



Self check-in details will be provided before arrival. One parking space is included for your use. The condo is located in a multi-unit building with elevator access. Dogs are allowed with prior arrangement and fee payment.



You're a 5-minute walk from downtown Bend's craft brewery district, including Deschutes Brewery and 10 Barrel Brewing. Drake Park and Mirror Pond are less than half a mile away. The Old Mill District shopping and dining area is a 10-minute walk south.

The Bend Ale Trail, the largest beer trail in the West, starts practically at your doorstep.

The Hayden Homes Amphitheater is 1.5 miles away for summer concerts. First Street Rapids Park, a popular kayak and canoe launch, sits directly north of the building. The Deschutes River Trail runs right below your balcony, offering 12 miles of paved paths for walking, running, and biking. Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano with summit trail, is a 10-minute drive east. The High Desert Museum is 7 miles south on Highway 97.

Getting Around:

The condo is located off Highway 97 in central Bend. Mt. Bachelor Ski Resort is 22 miles west via the Cascade Lakes Scenic Byway, about a 30-minute drive in good conditions. Smith Rock State Park is 25 miles north, roughly 30 minutes by car. The Lava River Cave at Newberry National Volcanic Monument is 14 miles south. Cascade Lakes Highway provides summer access to dozens of alpine lakes within 30 to 45 minutes. Redmond Municipal Airport (RDM) is 20 miles north, about a 25-minute drive. Downtown Bend restaurants, shops, and breweries are within a 5-minute walk.
