Riverfront condo with free wifi, fireplace, patio, & gas grill

Property location was great but furnishings were in desperate need of updating.Swivel rocker was very old and uncomfortable__needs to be replaced.Back screen door and stoop need repair or replacement. Wrinkles in living room carpet posing trip hazard.Bed linens were threadbare and needed replacement.lnstuctions for the gas fireplace need to be provided.

Very nice. Advise that tub is running slow and bathroom fan has no suction, must be plugged. All else perfect

Location was wonderful next to the river and proximity to town. Furniture was dated and carpet had wrinkles that could trip. Back step was loose from the building and could cause a fall. Would return because of the location.

We celebrated our anniversary. We were married at the Grand Lake Lodge 26 years ago! The location was perfect and the sound of the river at night was incredibly soothing. The condo needs an update and a deep clean, but it was cozy and walking distance to our favorite cute little town of Grand lake. We would stay again!

Overall great place for a couple on a weekend getaway.Great Location - can walk to everything in town. Loved having the creek running right behind and enjoyed time on the patio.Bed was very comfortable but living room furniture was tired and could stand to be updated. Kitchen was well equipped but coffee maker basket was too small for the maker so we couldn't use it. But there's a great coffee and bagel place just a block away.

Our favorite thing about the condo was the patio right next to the river. There was a table and chairs so we sat outside and relaxed to the beautiful sound of the river. We really enjoyed our time and we will go back for more visits.

Great location and clean condo, but dated

I was looking for a cabin on the river and found just the perfect one for my husband and I. Sitting on the patio, listening to the rushing water and watching the birds was so relaxing! It was everything I was looking for and in the best area, Grand Lake. I would definitely return to Grand Lake andstay at this same cabin. Loved it.

Walking distance to town, the river is beautiful. Kitchen and bathroom stocked well. Would stay here again.

Great little place, quiet, perfect for two people

Comfy apartment that has a patio next to small river rapids and also only 1/4 mile from town. There are great hiking trails that are an easy walk to various trailheads or short drive. Beautiful lake and various restaurants. Loved my stay!

Very sweet place they have a river Outback where you can sit and listen to the water in the trees very pretty. Grand Lake is just amazing and this place was just enough for what we needed. Super cute

We loved the views from this unit, and the water sounds. Also, the proximity to everything in town, we walked everywhere. A true resting place.

Enjoyed our stay. Quiet condo. Clean. The keypad tried our patience several times. Input the number and had to re-enter several times.

It was a nice quiet area next to a beautiful creek within walking distance of almost all of Grand Lake.

The appliances are old, dishwasher leaked all over the kitchen, service tech was good.

Kind of a dump but that's what we're used to in Grand Lake, so it's part of the experience. Fireplace doesn't work with lots of loud beeping and sparking outlets. Living room chair is gross and worthless. THREE coffee pots, none of them worked. Communication with Vacasa was awful and we weren't notified that it was ready until almost 6:00. Vacasa is the worst to deal with. River outside was the best part. Bed is decent. Shower had good pressure. Dirty dishes that were put away in the cupboard really grossed us out. Again, we put up with this because it's Grand Lake, but I won't stay here again.

My favorite part of the condo was the bubbling river in the back. It was really relaxing listening to that sound !! And we loved being within walking distance to everything that this mountain town had to offer.

Great location and had what we needed for our stay in Grand Lake. Nice patio by the creek. Great location near downtown. Some issues getting in and some minor maintenance issues which were resolved.

The condo was perfect for our stay - the river was beautiful and we enjoyed reading our books outside.

Great place and great time!

Excellent location with decent amenities but don’t turn on the fireplace. It shorts out & beeped constantly. No one came to look at it so we dealt with it until we just flipped the breaker. Otherwise, nice spot to stay in Grand Lake.

Location is nice, right in town. You’re right by a rapids river which gets a bit loud. The place is fine.

This cozy little apartment felt like home! It has every amenity you need including a fully equipped kitchen and is literally 20 feet from the river outside the back door. Having the high speed Wi-Fi was great too for watching movies when you’re not out enjoying what Grand Lake has to offer.
