Riverfront condo with beach access to lake, fireplace, furnished deck & cable

Great view! Great location!

Wonderful location with beautiful view and just a short walk to Lake Michigan beach. The unit itself lacked attention. A mushroom sprouted in my mildewed shower, which was very unsettling. The carpet and floors were very sandy upon arrival. Transparent toilet paper, the thinnest one-ply I've ever seen. No garbage bags provided. The powder dishwasher soap was horrible, leaving every dish and glass streaked with a grainy white film, so had to wash every dish by hand before using (all in cupboards required washing). The front bedroom with the twin beds reeked of cat urine. The lockbox wouldn't open upon arrival and it took us over an hour to get in, while our groceries melted. It was impossible to directly contact our host, which has never been a problem with any of our previous VRBO's. The baseboards were filthy. The sheets were as rough as burlap. The towels super thin, stained, and of the lowest quality possible. Did not provide beach chairs or beach towels. No cutting board. No salt -- come on!

Great location just steps from access to beautiful Lake Michigan beach. The Crystal River flows right in front of the balcony, providing beautiful views. We walked down to the beach every night for spectacular sunsets. Glen Arbor is a quick five minute drive up the road, where you'll find quaint shops and fun restaurants. However, the condo itself was dirty and tired. Horrible linens, filthy dishware and glasses, etc. We still had a blast, but I'll go elsewhere next time.

Great location and beautiful surroundings.

The condo was great with lovely patio setting to watch the wildlife. My only criticism is the lack of action from Vacassa regarding the malfunctioning dishwasher. Despite multiple texts back and forth, no resolution or offer of partial refund for our inconvenience of no dishwasher.

I came to Glen Arbor for some me time and this condo was perfect! Listening to the Crystal River run and the waves of Lake Michigan crash from the porch was definitely a highlight. It was just me, but this would be perfect for a small family and the condo was equipped with everything you would need. Clean, peaceful, and a great location!

Beautiful resort area. The view and location to the beach and Glen Arbor was unbelievable. Seeing Lake Michigan and Crystal River from the living room and walking right out to both is unbeatable. The property had just enough space for us to relax and enjoy dinners and family game time. Our only disappointment was poor communication with Vacasa and a poorly cleaned condo.

during spring break when everyone heads south for the warmth, we opted for heading north and it was cold, windy and icy but so beautiful cozy and quiet….,just what we needef

We possibly had our best vacation ever. The unit host was the great and so helpful. Just a beautiful location!!

Arrived at 4:00 as instructed for check-in. Lockbox wouldn't open. After several attempts by wife and me, I texted the Vacasa 800 number. Got empathic reply. Would check into it. Offered to have someone come to our aid. Yes, please. No one. More texts. Housekeeping was there earlier in th e day and had no problem. Oh, it's US! After two hours, threatened to leave and demand full refund. At two and one half hours, a rep (nice lady) walked us through the problem. Seems they have been having some issues with this box. She walked us through and by 6:30 p.m. we were in. By that time we were fried. Vacasa gets a 1 rating for very poor customer service!!!

Beautiful location close to the beach. Perfect for a vacation get away close to sleeping bear national lakeshore and many restaurants and shops.

Beautiful location but the unit fell a little short. The TV did not work and the local support team never did fix it. Other concerns surfaces but they were sent to the local managers. Not our best stay.

We really enjoyed our stay on the property. The location is wonderful!

Great location; beautiful river and beach with direct easy access from condo. Unfortunately, the place was basically filthy. When we arrived there were crumbs and sticky food all over the dining table. The hard floors were filthy with built up grime and sand all over the floor. Our 10 year old son went barefoot for about 20 minutes and the bottoms of his feet turned black. Dirty rag was left on dining room chair and old dirty sock on floor. The guest bedroom was very musty smelling and had dust build up around edges of floors that must have been years of uncleaned build up. The master shower smelled like a sewer during showers... must have a problem with the drain trap. Overall this place has the potential to be great. It has some nice updates and the location is fantastic, but it needs a serious deep clean and some TLC.

Loved the Location

This was a very nice place to stay at. The views from the balcony were incredible and lake Michigan was walking distance distance away.

This is probably one of our favorite places we’ve ever stayed on any vacation. We walked into a sparkling clean and fresh smelling home. The location is perfect and the views and beach access are just stunning. It was quiet, private, peaceful and absolutely beautiful. We loved being able to just walk out to the beach or sit on the back deck and enjoy the river. It was close to everything. Aside from our 45 minute drive from the airport, I don’t think we spent more than 5–10 minutes in the car going places. The town of Glen Arbor was quaint and adorable with fun little shops and local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again. It was absolutely lovely!

Beautiful place right by a beach on Lake Michigan. In a very nice area that is easy to walk around. Close to Sleeping Bear Dunes, main Glen Arbor area, and pyramid point. We loved it!

Came to Glen Arbor for my Birthday from Cleveland, OH and it was well worth it! This beautiful house was well worth it as well. It was clean, roomy, and had all the amenities we needed. Situated right off Crystal River and just a bridge walk over to the Bay - it was beyond perfect! Every night it housed a beautiful sunset for us. Book this before it gets booked!
