Riverfront condo with balcony near downtown Bend

If your looking for a quiet getaway where the only sounds you hear are of the rushing waters of the Deschutes River then loon no further.

The unit was not as clean as we would have expected and the overall condition could use some basic maintenance.

The property location was great the check-in process was easy The View was amazing and the decor was nice. The beds were not very comfortable and some of the Necessities such as silverware were lacking

Location is great, staff are super helpful. The unit itself could use some updates and a deep clean. Any concerns were addressed straight away by the team, so this is moreso feedback to the homeowner.

Beautiful view and sounds of the river, great walking path easily accessible. Pool and hot tub nearby, and serve their purpose. Washer and dryer units available for a charge. 1BR unit is simply a hotel unit (bed and bathroom) door that connects to the studio. Not as nice as the studio, but serves its purpose. Would stay again!

The room was very comfortable, and hard to beat the location! We will be back.

Great spot. Overlooking river and nice park and walking trail. Older buildings but maintained nicely. Would definitely go back. Was really nice to have a nice unit to bring our dog along.

Our family of four and small dog visited for three nights. We enjoyed the location to downtown and the river walk right outside the door! The pool (dated, needs some repair and a deep clean) was enjoyable for our kids! We were grateful for the affordability of this unit as well! Helps families travel while saving money using a kitchen to cook!

Condo was as described and suited our needs. The pool/spa area could use some updates. Great location and super cute town!

Unfortunately, we left my husband Duck jersey I had just given him for his 40th bday. We left it in the closet along with a brand new pair of American Eagle jeans. The were never found. My son took his clothes out of the closet and saw the items as we were packing up. He thought we would get them so I'm certain they were there before we left. It's just so disappointing. The house was fine. It felt pretty old but they are some low quality updates. Beds were ok, showers ok. For the price, it was acceptable. We wouldn't stay here again.

Very much enjoyed our stay. Only downside was laundry wasn’t working on our side of the property.

Loved the walkability to everything via the river path and the place was perfect.

My family enjoyed our stay. The property is adjacent to a nice park which connects to a path along the river. It was a short walk to nearby shops and restaurants. When we needed to drive to more distant locations, it was easy to access US 97. Parking was convenient. My kids enjoyed swimming in the pool. The unit is not fancy or.super modern, but it was safe and comfortable.

The listing was exactly as advertised and maybe slightly better. We were so happy there! The kitchen had all the amenities needed. I loved sitting on the balcony in the mornings listening to the river. The house was clean and organized, and we would love to stay there again!

The listing pictures made the property appear much newer than it was. The property was on the third floor but that wasn't clear from the listing. We had to drag our luggage up and down the stairs. The bathrooms were cramped and the hallways leading up to the property were more like a cheap roadside motel than a luxury resort (the prices were at that range). We stayed during peak summer and the price per night was significantly higher than the average price shown. But the experience wasn't worth the price.

Get location. Balcony overlooking a beautiful stretch of the Deschutes River. Right on the river walking trail. Comfortable apartment
