Riverfront Condo, walk to Mountain and Town!

Your garbage disposal does not work. Which means that the water backs up in the kitchen sink and that makes it pretty disgusting. Also, there was several lights that were needed new lightbulbs, but there’s no ladder so we couldn’t put it on. You need a new lock box so you can get in easily. We did however enjoy our stay there the outside porch was lovely.

Love this spot- any time of year. Beautiful spot next to the river, end unit always nice and quiet. The house is clean and cozy and has everything you need. So many fun things to do nearby hiking, shopping, ski spots with lots to do, and great summer swimming. Owner is very nice .

We came to NH to see the fall colors and this location did not disappoint. The property backs up to a gorgeous river and has a beautiful view. We had coffee on the deck each morning before heading out. The unit is a great size with two full bedrooms and bathrooms it has a large living room, dining room and kitchen. We had several meals in the room to help cut down on costs. Great property! You can’t go wrong booking this place.

We absolutely loved our stay here. From the moment we walked into the condo and saw our window views of the river we fell in love! The space was perfect for our family of 5. There was plenty to do to keep the kids entertained from provided board games, outside adventures which include river fun, trails and swimming pool.

The condo is within five minutes of town and within thirty minutes of great hiking trails.

Ever want to stay in a cabin in the woods by a river but with all the comforts? Ok, this is not a cabin but a feel like it for sure. Quiet, with the river literally right off the patio, and both bedroom windows. It is my new favorite place in NH. It was clean, comfortable, communication was wonderful, the pool is heated. We can't wait to go back!!!
