Great central location, walking distance to tons of thinks.

The property was perfect! We enjoyed our stay! We walked to Broadway a few times. Under 15 minutes and felt safe. Took Lyft rides the other times! Highly recommend!!

Okay so this was our first time not staying in this area! I will say as far as location goes, it’s perfect! Quick Uber ride downtown and a fairly quiet area with beautiful views! James was amazing! We were in town for my birthday and upon request a bottle of champagne and glasses were waiting on the counter! We even had some furry friends appear outside while we were enjoying the PICTURE PERFECT VIEW of the river! A couple of river otters have made their home right in the bank just feet from the balcony! I’ll add a photo of our new otter friends! The second day of our stay was spent in the condo all day due to a migraine, and I can honestly say I’ve never felt more at home while not feeling well! I could go on and on! But I think y’all get the point! lol BOOK IT! You won’t be disappointed!

Very close to all, quick Uber rides, not the best neighborhood however we Would stay again. Clean room, fun decor. Bed was very comfortable! Negatives- we flew and spent a lot. Water bottles, better shower soaps and other extras would have been nice to have in the unit. Hot bedding, kitchen sink sprayed water everywhere but overall good stay!

Me and my friend came for a quick weekend trip for our first time to Nashville. I was a very fun trip and we got to hit a lot of the places we wanted. It was a bit difficult to walk some of the places due to distance and at night there were some scary people that would make two girls walking alone very uncomfortable. Overall it was a great trip we just ended up Uber Inc. a lot more than expected the place itself was very clean and safe.

We had a great stay at this super cute getaway spot. Love being on the 1st floor, loved the decor, loved the location. We walked everywhere! (We are a family that doesn’t mind walking) the only disappointment was the lack of kitchen supplies. There isn’t a sheet pan, or any spatulas. Makes it hard to cook a full meal. We managed though! We would def stay again!

Perfect little condo for a weekend stay

Super easy to find and check in to! Location was close enough to Broadway we were able to walk home one night but we mostly used the paid scooters to get around. We went to a Sounds baseball game (super easy walk) as well as walking Broadway. We had a few concerns about cleanliness in the bathroom which our host promptly addressed and remedied within an hour of us checking in. We cooked in the kitchen while we were there. The basics were provided (pots, pans, utensils, dishes, olive oil spray, salt and pepper). We also went out and had leftovers so the microwave worked great as well to reheat. While awake, I heard the train one time and it never kept me or woke me from sleeping. The first night our upstairs neighbor walked with full force around his place for about an hour while I was trying to sleep. After that we did not hear him. The book left for residents to leave a note of their stay gave us great ideas to try to go visit in terms of restaurants or stores. Overall I feel comfortable staying here on our next trip back to Nashville!!

James was responsive with every question. There was construction going on but we knew that before the stay. Was a short Uber ride to downtown.
