Riverfront Condo Pigeon Forge

The condo was so nice and clean. Beds were very comfortable. Good size for our (4) girls trip. I would definitely stay here again.

This was an excellent location in Pigeon Forge. The check-in instructions were easy to follow, and the condominium was very nicely furnished. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The location of this condo was PERFECT for my family. The main goal of the trip was to get a condo close to Dollywood and close to other attractions. We were so close to Dollywood that we were able to get there before the park opened, have fun all day, then come back to the condo to rest a couple hours before we went back for the lights (and more rides) at night. Everything we wanted to do was very close. It was nice being able to walk to some of the restaurants and shopping. We enjoyed our view from the balcony. We would definitely stay here again!

The condo was as advertised. Location was great, clean and no issues.

This is our 2nd year at Bear Crossings. Our condo this year was closer to the stairs and elevator. The condo was well laid out and had everything we needed for our stay including a Keurig. It was beautifully decorated. We enjoyed relaxing in the living room and going out on the covered porch. We had a nice view of the blue heron in the river below us and saw some ducks the next day. We could easily walk up to the Le Conte Conference center or walk down to the well stocked Walgreens on the corner. We hope to be back here next year.

Clean, convenient location, nice accommodations

The condo was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed, and a great location- close to all the main roads but the view from the balcony was peaceful with a nice bubbling brook and with some geese.

Good location. Brief walk to the island. A lot of space for the cost. It’s not the Ritz but it’s well maintained and clean.

The condo was amazing. Clean with beautiful furniture and furnishings. Very spacious. The king size beds were very comfortable. We felt we were right at home. The kitchen had granite countertops with supplied kitchen plates and cookware. The view from the private balcony Was awesome. River/ creek with the sound of mountain water running. Exceptional stay. My family loved our stay. We will definitely stay here in the fall and many vacations to Come. . Five Stars

This is our first time staying at this condo and we definitely enjoyed it. Condo is on the river and my parents loved sitting on the balcony each day watching the ducks and hearing the river. Condo is as advertised and owner is wonderful and very easy to communicate with. Located right off the parkway near comedy barn and dolly wood. 5 stars would recommend to others.

The location and size of the condo was perfect. My family and I enjoyed the stay. We were relaxed and felt at home here. The owner was responsive. The location with the river is great. All it needed was a screen door on the patio door too keep it open without bugs to enjoy the sounds of the river.

It was a nice trip and great location because one of our kids played up the street at the Cal Ripken Experience. Its also very convenient because its just off the main strip of Pigen Forge.

Very nice condo, close to everything

The two bedroom condo was perfect for the short trip to Pigeon Forge. The location is excellent for walking down the parkway or to the Island. I highly recommend staying here with Kirkland’s Smoky Mountain Cabins.
