Stayed Nov 8, 2018The condo came as advertised. It was very clean and comfortable and well furnished. Great tv channel options and good Wifi. The property is conveniently located between downtown Nashville and Germantown. It is in a somewhat isolated and non populated area which was cause for a mild safety concern. However, the close presence of the police station provided security which allowed us to walk the area and to town freely. We felt very safe in Nashville overall. The only issue we had was the loud occupants of adjoining units which we can only guess were other short term rentals. This made it difficult to sleep with the walls seemingly thin. This weekend was also the Patriots vs Titans game which likely explains the party like atmosphere. Overall, we would recommend staying in this condo as it has everything you need and is comfortable and reasonably close to things.

Stayed Feb 1, 2026Rebecca was a wonderful host. She responded immediately and welcomed my niece, her boyfriend and their cats while they were displaced from the storm. She was very easy to communicate with and was extremely gracious at a very difficult time. Her home was a much needed respite and gave us all peace of mind until they were able to safely return home.

Stayed Jun 2, 2025We loved the location and the property manager was wonderful. We had some maintenance issues which the property manager addressed very promptly. It would have been five stars, but the workout room was in bad condition, with broken equipment and missing weights. I did see a sign that they are getting ready to renovate the workout room in, so this will probably be five stars by next year.

Stayed Jun 15, 2025There was a issue with the bed frame, the cook ware was greasy, the Teflon was separating from the pan, the balcony was covered in spider webs, dead bugs ,bird feces keeping us from utilizing it. The response from the Host was routine, ( this is not up to our standards, your complaints are under review, the person left in charge failed to correct the situation )! I did receive a refund for the cleaning fee, and 1/2 days stay which was lacking , and to there commitment to cleanliness, and then excuse after excuse as to why they can’t refund a greater amount!

Stayed Dec 25, 2024It was off the beaten path but still easy to get an uber or walk to some restaurants & pubs that also had great outdoor patios. Liked the covered parking area as it was easier to unload & load and walk our dog to the pet area. It was a quiet area which was nice after being in the crowds all day.

Stayed Oct 21, 2024My wife and I normally stay at this complex when we visit Nashville. It is just under a mile walk to Broadway and it has plenty of covered parking. This condo was small, but plenty large enough for the two of us. It is fairly quiet. The balcony is just large enough for two and overlooks the Cumberland River.

Stayed Oct 18, 2024Property was as described, was within mocking distance of Broadway and suited our needs well. Only suggested I would make would be to the property owner to add a blackout shade on the bedroom window as it faces the front cord or walkway, and the light comes in, even with the blind shut.

Stayed Aug 29, 2024The unit was extremely dirty. Bathroom tiles was black, floors sticky, patio can’t be used, because have lots of spiders and spider webs. Sofa bed the mattress cover was disgusting dirty with stains. Management and easy to communicate. Good location, not close enough to walk to Broadway. But you can get a uber, or drive. Not planning to stay again, because was to dirty

Stayed Jul 18, 2024The wife and I spent 4 days (Thurs-Sun) here for the concert at the stadium on Sat night. We used the app based motorized scooters to travel back and forth to Broadway and the condo for meals and bar hopping. We had had a great trip and will 100% use this property again!
