While preparing for our arrival they noticed the murphy bed was broken, they reached out to us assuming that we needed it. We did so they upgraded us. The communication was great and quick.

The location was great. The property was exactly as listed, super clean, and perfect for our stay. We loved sitting on the back patio and listening to the river while we had our morning coffee. The access to the walking trail was great too.

This property was perfect in all ways. It was easy to find, easy to enter, very clean, all things needed in the kitchen,cute little backbporch that looked at the Blue River, great hot tub( community use-just a short walk down the sidewalk), one of the most comfortable beds we've ever had in a VRBO, great shower, and just an all around perfect space for our time in Silverthorne.

Pros: great location, easy access, clean, good bathrooms, comfy beds/linen. Con: limited cooking and food storage container, no water or ice working on fridge, Dirty fans, smelly throws. No way to adjust heat in roomsroomsbedroom

The property has a great location just off I70, and many stores and restaurants near by. The view out the back overlooking the creek is really pretty! Condo is modern with plenty of amenities.

Great location close to many restaurants and shopping centers. Amazing views of the river from the back deck.

We enjoyed our stay. Condo was well equipped. Beautiful place and great location. Nice and quiet and the river was lovely. We arrived after dark, so it was hard to find the correct building since the numbers of the buildings are not illuminated, but we found it. Also, could have used a can of WD40, the doors are very squeaky! Would stay again if in the area!

Enjoyed morning coffee on the patio, watching wildlife, including the mama moose and baby. The only negatives were the noisy people above. May have been kids running back forth. Also the couch was pretty soiled with dog hair.
