Spacious, great kitchen with lots of utilities to cook with. Great view. Dog friendly. Perfect place for a 9 day vacation. Close to great hiking trails.

Beautiful location. Clean condo with everything you need. The owners live next door with their sweet dog! Ouray is one of my favorite places in Colorado- we will be back!

Wonderful place close to town, very clean, super comfortable beds. Awesome games and puzzles left by the host. All amenities were present, disheware and cutlery were clean and and is awesome condition. Would strongly recommend this place

This is a nice roomy property. It's well equipped and has a nice location, though it is quite a long walk to town. The sleeping arrangement is odd, with a double bed bunk suspended over the lower queen and not eady to access. Great primary suite, kitchen snd living room. There were several minor maintenance issues that should be or have been fixed. Needs better routine upkeep, but all in all we liked it and will be back.

We loved the proximity to the main activities we were wanting to do, but the off the beaten path quietness of the neighborhood. Hurricane Priscilla almost rained us out, MASSIVE thanks for the host for letting us pivot to a later date to still be able to enjoy Ouray in October!

Kitchen was well appointed – we were able to cook for our family of four. My kids loved the bedroom with the loft. We enjoyed the location and hiked right out the front door!

Good house though the second bedroom would have been better for kids than adults. The wifi was slow due to the bandwidth being shared with the upstairs neighbors. But it served us well. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were comfortable. It's a little more out of the way than we thought but it's a quick drive or a 20 minute walk to the north end of town so it's pretty convenient.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our first night there we were up all night due to scratching in the walls. Next morning we found 2 dead mice in a sticky trap in the living room. We contacted the management company, and they were very responsive but limited solutions such as another place where we could move. Also the people upstairs were leaving the next day (long term rental), so they made noise all night. Then a new tenant moved in who was a night owl and banged on the floor all during the night. While the noise machine covered up the sound of the mice, nothing could be done about the lady and kids upstairs and banging on the floor.The unit itself was nice, but I would never rent it again.

Loved spending a week in Ouray. Perfect location- I could walk almost everywhere! Loved being right off the river trail and really loved that is was all one level! No stairs!! Yay

Great comforter space. I had brought my dog. They had a sheet for the couch for him. This place was bigger than i needed, but in a great spot for finding a hike and walking into town. Would definitely go back.

This house was perfect. We enjoyed walking to town from this location along the animas river. House was very clean and well stocked with anything that we needed. Would definitely stay again when in the area.

Initially we received the wrong entrance code, but luckily it was sent in two places so one of the codes was the correct one. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Everything was in good working condition. I would suggest that the shower curtains be replaced, to a more waterproof fabric. Since the curtains are on curved rods, once the fabric is saturated, the water will drip onto the tile floor. This was just a small inconvenience though. I would definitely recommend this location and would consider it again for another trip.

House was very clean and updated. It had all amenities needed. Right on the river, beautiful area. Beds were comfy, kids loved the bunk room.

Very clean and comfortable home. Beds are very comfortable for sleeping. Kitchen is well stocked. Wonderful place to stay and enjoy the scenery.

The condo is clean, spacious, and located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The photos online accurately represent the condo. There are walking trails along the river across the street. The kitchen is well stocked and there were welcome kits in the bathrooms upon arrival. We would stay here again. Thank you!

We love this area and have stayed on Oak Street before. The house was very nice and clean.

The house is a short walk to town and there is a nice pathway that runs along the river. Kitchen is well equipped and the house is very comfortable.
