River Place Condo Community Pool Near Parkway

This is a great place to stay if you have 3-4 people. The condo was very roomy and neat. As with any older condo there are something’s that need upgrading. The green tile, the funeral home looking flowers above the kitchen table, AND the shower/bathtub surrounded with mirrors. The mirrored shower was a little much. However, I am a bigger girl that didn’t like what I saw in the mirror. That’s not the owner’s fault. Once the mirrors fogged up I was fine. I will definitely rent it again.

The reservation person was misleading, and it was not at all what we were expecting. We did not even stay there. We rented another place and I spoke to him when we got there that we could not use it because it did not have a walk-in shower and I am handicapped. And that was told to him prior. And was refused a refund.

This was our first time to Tennessee. We were excited to find that the unit was only a half mile from the venue that we were attending for the week. It was just perfect for us. We have already recommended this unit for friends of ours for next year.

Very nice, great location.

The apartment was clean and very well equipped. We didn't lack anything for cooking in the kitchen, pans and utensils were abundant. It has open floor plant concept, it feel spacious and fairly illuminated. What we liked the most is that is close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Extra bonus for us: we loved the runing little river on the back of the property, really relaxing spend time at the balcony and at the pool with that view!

We had a good relaxing stay. Condo is in a great location. Enjoyed just relaxing and taking our time doing things as we felt like it. Travis was very attentive to responding to emails with any questions we had would stay here again.

Convenient location to everything we enjoy on mother and daughter shopping trips. We always do a show and dine at different restaurants to enjoy an array of good food. We love Pigeon Forge, TN

Very clean and well equipment condo. Easy in and out location which is important when the steup is congested.

This is a great property. The host was very helpful and kind. Our stay was absolute perfect.

It was perfect for my sister and I. It wasn’t the cleanest place I’ve stayed but we loved the location. The proximity to everything was awesome. It could use some updates and the pillows were awful. I went and bought some pillows. And after that I slept good. We’d stay there again. Just wondering though, why do they have to empty the dumpsters so early in the mornings.

The stay was wonderful. Close enough to everything. The view was nice looking at the river. The only off putting thing for me was the full length mirrors on the walls inside the shower. Even with that we would definitely stay there again.

Good! Just wasn't long enough!!

We planned on staying 3 nights, but had to cut it short due to a death in the family. I was extremely sad, this place is so adorable and decorated for the season. It was a little noisy, but that’s part of life. If we ever get back to this area we will definitely try and stay here again.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. This is a great location and wonderful view of the river. We will definitely stay here again.

We went to Pigeon Forge for Rod Run. The condo was perfect! Very clean and close enough to walk to all kinds of shops and places to eat but back just enough from the main strip to not hear all the noise. We never had to move our car once we got there! The balcony overlooking the creek was just a little extra bonus.

As described, good communication, floors needed a good deep cleaning, everything else was clean

Everything was excellent. Could have cleaned the condo a little better. Bathroom in master was dusty around baseboards back of door dirty, jets on tub were very dirty. Would not think of bathing in it.

My Aunt & I absolutely loved the condo! The condo is exactly as described and having coffee on the balcony with the wildlife was great!

Property was a bit dated but was clean and convenient location

The location was exactly what we were looking for, Centrally Located and the Condo was exactly what it said it was.

It’s a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo which was nice. Plenty of room and very clean. Close to lots of attractions. We didn’t use the pool but it was clean and looked welcoming. The owners respond quickly and were informative. I would stay here again! The only thing to note is the beds are firm. Bring a topper if you like a soft bed :). A nice place to stay for sure.

Excellent location in the center of Pigeon Forge, short drive to the Smoky Mountains.

This was the best stay we ever had since coming to Pigeon Forge. We vacation there every year. We have been coming since we were married 47 years ago. My parents brought me before that as a child. We look forward to staying there in all of our future trips.
