The bedrooms were very nice but the heat didn’t seam to reach them. We do wish we didn’t have to wait so long for hot water. As far as location it was fabulous!

Reviewer Comments: This is our third year staying at RPM rentals, & our second year at Bear Crossing. We really like the location of the properties where we have been. On the river is one of our main requirements when staying in Pigeon Forge, TN. & we were within walking distance to many shops & restaurants. Our condo had easy access to the Parkway & we could avoid the Parkway traffic by going the opposite way to Teaster Lane to get to a lot of the activities & shopping. Overall we were very pleased with this unit. Beautiful decor, very comfortable beds, & quite location. Our only complaint was the condition of the floors in the unit. They were NOT clean & those who like to walk bare or sock feet should not do so unless housekeeping does a better job cleaning them next time!!

It was so good to be able to walk over to the conference instead of having to find a parking place. The room was very nice and clean. Thank you. We have plans to be there again next year.
