It has recently been updated with a new sleeper sofa in the Living room. The fully stocked kitchen awaits your culinary adventures, while the dining area provides an ideal setting to savor your favorite meals. This lovely property has been modernized with new flooring and fresh paint, creating a stylish and inviting atmosphere.

The Primary Bedroom is bathed in natural light, featuring numerous windows, a King Swing bed, and a flat-screen TV for your enjoyment. It offers ample space to store your personal belongings and includes an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom features two comfortable twin beds and a flat-screen TV, with a second bathroom conveniently located in the hallway. Ceiling fans are provided in all rooms, and a washer/dryer is available in the condo for your convenience.

Barefoot Resort is renowned as a golf course community with four Championship golf courses to challenge your skills. You'll also have access to one of the largest pools in South Carolina. During the summer, a complimentary shuttle service transports you to the beach, making your coastal excursions hassle-free. Barefoot Landing, just across the bridge, offers a plethora of shops, restaurants, and attractions. Please note that River Crossing is a gated community, requiring a pass for entry. River Crossing 532 is a third floor condo with no elevator. Please be advised the property strictly enforces a non-smoking policy and does not allow motorcycles, golf carts, or pets. A minimum 3-night stay is required during the prime season.

Rating Details: The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Found one dead **** roach and other live bug. Bathroom vanity had a bad light bulb and found no replacements. No laundry soap was available. No one on duty in office on weekend daytime arrival. Key numbering and building numbering system were cumbersome.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very clean either way plenty of room for our family of 4. The only caveat for anyone with mobility issues is that the unit is on the 3rd floor with only stair access. Convenient location to Barefoot Landing, beach and pools both at our condo complex and the large pool at the North Tower. We enjoyed our stay!

Only complaint: neither condo had basic cable TV, only special TV apps. Could not watch golf or other standard TV programs. First time in 5 annual visits this has happened; suspect cost cutting measure by condo owners.

I booked the trip a year out so I didn’t expect to drive 5-10 mins to gather people up for golf or dinner. Was a great trip and courses were fantastic. We will be back. Thank you
