Ritz Carlton Club St Thomas - Oceanfront - Newly Renovated, Lots of Availability

Beautiful residences and location.

I loved the beautiful views , the friendliness of the staff and the easy access to the beach and pools .

Everything was perfect! The staff was very attentive.

Our week stay at the vacation club residence was truly wonderful. Check in was easy. The unit was on the fourth floor, 3 bedroom, 3 and a half bath. Beautiful views! It was fully equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, spacious and comfortable for our adult family of 6. That being said, we lost power and water on and off for 2 days due to a storm that came through. It was inconvenient especially due to the fact my husband relies on a c-pap to sleep. They were having trouble with the back up system to get our power and water working. They did bring up a few gallons of drinking water to our unit. We made the best of the inconvenience. The staff was very apologetic and very kind throughout our stay. Our housekeeper Sonia was wonderful . Fritz set up our towels by the pool daily and always had service with a smile. It is a wonderful, and beautiful resort with a fabulous friendly staff. Thanks Debbie for being a great host.

This is the most beautiful property. Debra was so helpful coordinating this 3-bedroom condo for us at the last minute. All the staff were so accommodating and kind. Our unit and the entire property is so clean. We liked having access to the hotel amenities as well. We highly recommend the Ritz Carlton, and we will definitely be back. Every year my 4 of my friends from college and I go on a ladies vacation. This is our 27th vacation & the Ritz Carlton Residences did NOT disappoint! The customer service was EXCEPTIONAL. The cleanliness was AMAZING. The brunch buffet & Italian restaurant were great, otherwise the food was just okay. All other things were overshadowed by EXCELLENT, accommodating staff.

Condo was everything -Clean-Comfortable Beds-Ocean View-Room Service-Great Staff-GREAT & SAFE ISLAND COMMUNITY -Food-Activities-Island hop, even to the BVI (passport required)All in one place!Worth every penny and second.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton Club condo in St. Thomas was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm hospitality, immaculate grounds, and stunning ocean views. The condo was spacious, beautifully furnished, and equipped with everything our family needed for a relaxing and luxurious vacation.The adult kids loved the pools and easy beach access, and we appreciated the calm, safe setting to unwind and reconnect. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we felt cared for, always with a friendly smile and genuine kindness.Whether we were enjoying dinner beachfront, or snorkeling in the turquoise waters, or simply lounging with a good book, every moment felt special. This was the perfect blend of resort-style amenities with the comfort and privacy of a home.We made unforgettable memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommended for families looking for a luxury escape with all the comforts of home!

Great property, great people

The unit was perfectly located looking out over the main pool and the Carribean/beach. Everything on the Residence property and Ritz hotel next door was no more than a 5-10 minute walk. The unit was in great shape and exactly as advertised. We pre-ordered food from Moe's market which was there when we arrived. The check in welcome and staff were terrific. They were also extremely helpful in setting up excursions (rented boat for a day, zip lining, sunset cruise, Golf Simulator) and dinners (Oceana, Algave, SeaSalt, Coconut Cave) as well as taxis and anything else we needed. Pool/beach staff were wonderful in helping us find chairs which was important the week we were there given it was very busy with families over the holiday. Only negative's in general had more to do with time of year as service at the restaurants was VERY slow and the one night we ordered room service was a resort wide disaster and took over 3 hours with numerous inaccurate communications with the staff. The weather was terrific, the staff and islanders extremely friendly and the food very good everywhere we ate. Would definitely recommend a visit and would return in a heartbeat.

Fabulous girls trip getaway. Everything was wonderful and the concierge staff was incredible. We loved having Debra's property as a home base but barely had to leave because the amenities were so wonderful!

My family and I had a great time at the Ritz Carlton Club in St. Thomas. The unit was perfect for our party of 6. The staff was very helpful with all requests especially arranging transportation and reservations. The host Debbie provided lots of great recommendations and was always quick to respond. We all enjoyed our time in St. Thomas.

We loved everything about this place! Very quick responses from the owner with questions we had and a Ritz representative emailed a couple weeks beforehand with specific details about the property. Each of the three bedrooms had its own bathroom plus there was an additional half bath in the suite; this was essential for our seven adults staying in the suite. The bedrooms were very spacious and comfortable, as well as the bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped and included a drip coffee maker with a bag of island, specialty ground coffee and individual servings of sugar and creamer. Great views from the living room and two of the bedrooms, with balconies from each. The beach area was perfect with lounge chairs in the sun and also some under shade trees. The pools were very large and comfortable. The main one needs a little upkeep, but it was still fine. The Beachside restaurant was very convenient to get drinks during the day and to order lunch and dinner. The entire property was absolutely beautiful. We didn’t use the facilities at the hotel part but we did walk over there and it was equally beautiful. The staff were always very friendly and accommodating. We took advantage of the order ahead groceries from Moe‘s and everything was stocked in the suite before we arrived. Bring cash for taxi service! We would definitely stay here again!
