The beautiful one-bedroom oceanfront condominium 110 is located on Waccamaw Dr., less than a mile from the Garden City Pier with the beach access only an elevator ride away. Condo 110 is completely furnished with a fully equipped kitchen to accommodate our guests. In addition, a washer and dryer are included in the unit. This remarkable condo provides sofa located in the living room, an open dining area with an Island that seats 6, as well as a private balcony. There is a Queen size bed in the master bedroom with a private master bath including a tub/shower combination. Condo 110 sleeps 1-4 people only. The second bath is located off the hall with a walk-in shower. Sorry, NO pets allowed and non-smoking. Must obey by HOA parking rules and regulations. One parking pass permit will be provided during check-in. Condo 110 is ready for you to make long lasting memories!

Liked the size for two. Balcony and tall Adirondack chairs on the balcony. Beautiful view of ocean. Pool could be a little noisy. Not too bad. Very homey feeling at the end of the day. Bed comfortable. Recommend.
Check in was easy and quick. Receptionist was very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly as described. It was a perfect anniversary weekend.
Definitely worth a Million the View and the Condo and the management team - all absolutely amazing! BEST condo yet since I've been using VRBO, hands down! Cleaned immaculately, Thoroughly stocked (no need to bring Kitchen utensils/cookware/appliances - they have you covered. VERY modern & comfortable Condo with the most amazing view! LOVED EVERYTHING, we will be back - thanks so much again!
As soon as we walked into the condo, we could tell that it was a cut above the average. Lovely paint color and decor, great linens & mattress, well stocked kitchen with what appeared to be new appliances. It is a spacious 1-bedroom compared to the 2-bedrooms that we have rented in the past and yet it has 2 bathrooms. We felt a bit spoiled. Our favorite spot was the balcony that had a choice of lounger, low seating, and captain chairs that were perfect to see over the balcony rail to enjoy the beach & ocean view and palm trees. Even if we weren't on the balcony, the view from the couch inside the unit was of swaying palm trees. I read the previous review and I quite honestly do not know what this person was talking about. The criticisms are untrue so don't let it keep you from finding the perfect vacation spot. (There is construction going on which we knew about ahead of time, but the condo itself has no construction issues, no barking dogs, nor neighbor problems.) We plan to return next year.
After suffering a loss to our family last week, my sons and I needed some time away to recover and relax. I stayed in constant contact with Lynn, the manager, about our trip and the boys were traveling down before me. Because they were under 25, but legally adults, she would not allow them to check in. So, I had to pay for a hotel room until I arrived at 1:30 AM. After getting them checked in, I had to officially check out of the hotel, find a place for my car, as I could only have one parking pass and also get our dog checked in for boarding. My sons, again, all over the age of 18, were sleeping while I took care of these tasks. After returning later to check on them, I left to go to the grocery store, etc. In the matter of less than 12 hours, Lynn threatened twice to kick us out because I was unable to stay in the condo at all times when my adult sons were there. She treated us like criminals. Telling the security guard to be on the lookout for three “boys” and their mother in Rm 110 bc she suspected that I was going to leave them there alone. As I asked her, where was I going to go. I rented the condo, she had my credit card and if anything happened, I would be responsible. But to say I couldn’t leave my adult sons in the condo by themselves was ridiculous. She was absolutely rude in her text messages as well as phone calls. One of my sons walked the daughter of a friend and another female friend to the condo to use the restroom, and Lynn called me stating that she was extremely upset that they were in the condo. She said a staff member went to the condo and a boy stated he didn’t know who I was. It was my son and he wasn’t sure what to say since she threw a fit about me not being there 24/7. So, although I am sure I will not be reimbursed my money, we found another condo in the same unit but away from Lynn and Rising Tides and enjoyed the remainder of our trip. Believe it or not, my sons were able to stay by themselves while I went shopping and visited a relative, without any complaints from other families, no destruction of any property, etc. As I advised Lynn, she needs to stop treating all young men the same. She kept stating what other renters did. Well, my sons are very respectful young men who just wanted to enjoy time together and relax. We should never have been harassed and targeted for no reason. If you have young adults in your party, I don’t recommend Rising Tides Properties. What a nightmare.

The condo was more than I imagined. Very clean beautiful view and very nice atmosphere
Just a perfect place incredible views perfect location we rode our bikes to restaurants all week never had to get in the car the unit itself was clean and fantastic and fun and I’ll go back 1 million times

Condo 110 is exactly as pictured and described on website. I was given the option to check in 2.5 hours earlier than anticipated, management is very responsive (though I only needed to contact them prior to check in) the condo was very clean. Well stocked kitchen and linens. Excellent Wi-Fi connection. Parking in the attached garage was great. Super easy access to the beach. The condo grounds were cared for daily. A week at the beach is never long enough, I would definetly rent from the management of condo 110 again. They take pride in their company and it shows.
Property was exactly as shown and very clean and had everything we needed. Property owner/contact was very responsive and helpful.
All was smooth right on the beach so we were on the beach shortly after checking in.
