Privately owned Deluxe 2 bedroom condo located in Rimfire Lodge, the heart of Snowshoe's mountaintop village. The 2 bedroom sleeps 7 and has 2 bathrooms. Condo offer a spectacular western mountain views with fantastic sunsets, gas fireplace, full kitchen, and much more.

The lodge offers direct slope access (ski-in/ski-out), ski and bike lockers, outdoor hot tubs, sauna, fitness room, Alpenglow Hearth room, restaurants, shopping and heated underground parking garage. Rimfire Lodge is adjacent to Snowshoe's Split Rock Aqua Center.

Snowshoe Mountain Resort is considered the premier ski resort east of the Rocky Mountains and south of New England. In addition to the skiing, there are many winter activities and events to choose from including tubing down the Coca-Cola Tube Park, a snowmobile tour, or a snowcat tour.

The following statistics will help you understand the mountain: 180' average snowfall, 60 trails ranging from beginner to expert, 2 expert trails with 1500’ vertical drop and 1.5 miles long, 100% snowmaking on 260 acres of terrain, night skiing on 12 trails at the Silver Creek Ski area. 3 high-speed detachable quad lifts, 2 fixed quad lifts, and 6 triple lifts. For the smallest skiers check out the magic carpet lift at Snowshoe and Silver Creek.

Snowshoe Mountain is a four-season resort. During the summer when temperatures almost never reach 80, play the Gary Player designed Raven Golf Course rated 'top 100 in the country' by Golf magazine. Bike and hike the miles of trails that Snowshoe offers on their 11,000 acres. Canoe, kayak or paddlebike on Shaver's lake. Let the kids spend the day at the Wildcat Adventure Camp, Ride the Hare Racer Zipline, Eurobungie, or wall-climbing. Enjoy scenic lift rides, sport clays, wilderness Segway tours, Polaris RZR tours and guided horseback rides. There are many other summer activities and events to choose from. From mid September through October view the fall foliage.

Deposits:
A minimum deposit 50% of the rate is required to secure the reservation. The balance is due at least 30 days prior to check-in date.

Cancellations and refunds:
Cancellations made 60 days or more prior to check-in date shall be subject to a $50 administration fee. The balance of your deposit will be refunded. Cancellations made less than 60 days of check-in date will result in forfeiture of total deposit. Cancellations made less than 30 days of check-in date will result in forfeiture of total payment.

    We loved the layout of the condo for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, two bathrooms, a well stocked kitchen, and a very cozy den with fireplace. The locker was so convenient and being the village was perfect! Would love to stay here again!

    This was our third annual family trip to Snowshoe, and Henry's place is our favorite so far! Outside temps pretty much stayed in the single digits for the 3 days, but the unit was always cozy and warm. Being in the village, close to everything, really helped maximize time for activities and the whole family enjoyed the hot tub after a day of frigid skiing. Having a 2nd room with 2 beds and a bathroom for our 2 girls also allowed us to spread out during downtime.Henry was very responsive from booking through checkout. I especially appreciated the thorough welcome letter explains the checkin process and parking access (essential after a late night, four-hour drive from northern VA).

    PROS: Location is amazing, nice to have a ski locker room, underground parking was awesome, the unit is really large and comfortable.CONS: The blankets and towels were dirty (makeup on towels and old bandaids on blankets). The hallways in this building are extremely loud - you can hear everything. Luckily we are not light sleepers, but if you are, I would be weary of staying here! The host was not extremely welcoming. When I told him the bedroom tv wasn't working he told me to plug in the cable (which had already been done), and did not check in at all to see if it worked (which it did not).Overall I would consider staying in this building again, but I'm not sure I would pick this specific unit.

    We stayed in condo 310/311 at Rimfire Lodge and had a great experience. The location in the village was perfect — everything was right there. Getting on and off the ski slopes was incredibly easy, which made our days on the mountain even better. There were several great restaurants within walking distance, so we rarely needed to drive. The condos themselves were very comfortable, clean, and truly felt like home. The space was cozy and welcoming, making it easy to relax after a long day of skiing. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend Rimfire Lodge 310/311 to anyone looking for convenience, comfort, and a great village location.

    The start of our trip was not the best. We were given the keys to an uncleaned room at 4:30. The previous renters did not follow any of the protocols asked of them as far as trash, linens, and just general courtesy to the cleaning staff. Walking into that was not cool to start a vacation bc it leaves you with a bad feeling.I never received a followup email with our check-in and check-out information which would have made the owners three ring binder a non-issue since it has not been updated and does not have the correct information for us to use the locker’s for our skis. The telephone number in the contact information on the site is not correct because the telephone number does not work so I could not talk to the owner personally about any of this when it was happening. I did speak to him later in the evening, after we looked up his number on the internet.When I went back to Allegheny Springs, to talk to them about the room not being cleaned, they told me it would be an hour and a half or more when they called to check with the cleaning staff.It was a series of errors that were compounded bc we’d been traveling and were just ready to settle in. In the end, we left everything in the room and they just didn’t clean the couch area where our things were. We couldn’t see taking it all back to the truck.A suggestion I would make would be if new renters coming in and it is know, be available so that at least someone could talk to the owners. Less frustration!!!

    Overall great place and exactly as advertised. Check in process was super easy. Location was perfect in terms of access to slopes and restaurants. Communication was good. If I had to nitpick I’d say pillows could use an upgrade but otherwise comfortable place. Loved having gas fireplace which added to ambiance. The western views were incredible!!

    Perfect place to celebrate my husband’s birthday! Location was ideal. No worries about finding parking or where the bus stop is. The hot tub was amazing after a day on the slopes. Definitely will book again.

    Our visit to Snowshoe this trip was in a word, Amazing. With a group of four, we were very comfortable in this two bed, two bath unit. Unit included two ski lockers just inside of the building's entrance and 150 feet from the slopes. Our unit was a short walk from the entrance to our front door, and the fireplace was perfect for warming our boots overnight. There was even underground parking for a small fee. Small bonus, we received 28 of fresh snow during our stay, Snowshoe never disappoints.
