Great property but the WiFi was incredibly slow.

Everything was great. I didn't read the invitation email close enough, and forgot to pick up my key card from the bottom of the mountain, thankfully only 15 min down. Was worried, what if my key cards stop working like they sometimes do, and there's a snowstorm? Luckily didn't have to worry about it. Bed was ok, saggy on one side made it uncomfortable sleeping with spouse. But overall very happy.

The unit looked exactly like the pictures. Having the chair that converts to a twin bed was an added perk. The location is excellent. I do feel like there could have been some additional information provided at check in. There are essentially two towers/sides, so hauling all of our stuff to the third floor and finding out that we were on the wrong side was kind of frustrating. Beware that the parking lot has very limited capacity, so parking with a SUV or Truck can be a daunting task. Regardless, the unit was great. We'd definitely be back.

We love Snowshoe but with two teenagers and wanting to keep costs reasonable I always look for what works best for us. We love Rimfire for its proximity to the slopes and its Hot Tub and Sauna. Unfortunately the sauna was not working and only one hot tub was operational although it was not heating as effectively as it did last year. We were all disappointed about this. Had an issue with the shower blocking maintenance were responsive and provided a solution. We booked this unit for the sleeper chair because my two teenagers don’t like to share a bed anymore! The unit would benefit from more hooks and more towels including beach towels. Great stay - would book again. Thanks

Checked in very late and found the property with trash overflowing in the kitchen. The closet that it was shut up in has a terrible odor. Bathroom trash from previous people still in floor outside of door, shower curtain not properly on and yellow water stains all over the bottom. Property management did not have another unit available. So my husband and I asked if the linens at least had been changed?! No response! We took out someone else’s trash and tried To make the best of it - then the landline rang the next morning at 8:00am to inform us that a plumber was on his way to the unit and it was the wrong destination! The property says that it will sleep 5 people but it is extremely tiny and tight!! My daughters are petit and had trouble sleeping on the grey pullout chair- seriously like pool furniture with a small cushion! If you have booked and have to use it take a twin topper to be able to rest! No kitchen starter kit was made available- either. Thankfully I had brought some extra washcloths and towels and ended up using their dishwasher soap and my washcloth for dishes! The dishwasher ran and stunk so bad and had standing water in the bottom- disgusting! I had to hand wash everything and did report that as well!

The building was run down and had a musty odor. The appliances were very old. It was the quality of a Motel 6

New Years at Snowshoe is a family tradition. Staying at Rimfire or Highland House is our first choice. This unit was overlooking the village so we were able to enjoy the celebration in the village from the balcony. It met our needs and we will highly recommend staying in this unit.

The condo was great and as advertised. Very clean and modern. The pictures don't make it clear, but the location in the building is great. No one is above you (good thing with people wearing ski boots all the time) and you have a corner unit overlooking the village. Our first night there was a dance party going on outside which was kind of fun (they shut the music off around 9pm). The walk to the ski school area was about 100 yards; to the Ballhooter lift was less than 50. Very easy to ski and take breaks at the condo. The ski locker is on the first floor with access to the outside. There is a parking garage but we were unable to access it (it is relatively low if you have a roof rack). But there is a lot across the street that was free and easy to use. There are carts for taking everything to the unit which was nice. The place is stocked with plenty of cooking items. It holds five people - we had three small children - with teenagers or adults it may get snug. We would rent it again.

I really liked this property. Its location is awesome and it has a nice deck that overlooks the village. It’s a bit more expensive than I usually spend when I go to snowshoe but it was worth every penny for the convenience and added luxury. The only thing to be aware of, Parking in the Rimfire Garage cost me 20 bucks per day. I don’t know if that price changes based on season or if it’s fixed but…it’s not advertised anywhere. It’s just referred to as a fee. I’ve stayed at Rimfire before, years ago, and this was not a thing. It is now and, it’ll cost you 20 bucks a day.
