Right ON world’s whitest beach, Pensacola Beach, Florida.

The condo was nice and clean, the views were great and the host made sure it was stocked with everything you might need! The only things that could use improvement are the living room furniture could be a little more comfortable, maybe by taking out the huge coffee table and adding ottomans. However the comfort of the beds and linens were 10/10 !! The only other thing was the balcony was a little scary, the railing was pulling away from the wall and the floor was squishy in spots. (However, I don’t fault the host for that there were several in the unit in the same condition, so up to HOA to correct??) Overall we enjoyed our stay and would book again!

The property was perfect for us. The host communicated well and had no unreasonable rules or requests.

It was a weekend mother/daughter trip. Great access to the beach, corner unit so right by the boardwalk. Owner/management was very nice and accommodating when I got locked out of my email & could not get instructions on my way to the beach.

The condo was wonderful! The only minor issue was that the cleaners were still finishing up for about 15 minutes after our check-in time, so we had to wait a little longer to unpack while the floors dried. Other than that, everything was perfect—we loved waking up to the sunrise each morning and relaxing on the balcony.

This was a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The unit was clean, well stocked and accomodating. The location was a quick walk to the beach. I have already tried to book another stay here but it is not available. I will defin to plan another weekend trip.itely try tovstay here when I am trying

We had such a lovely stay on Pensacola Beach! The condo is a little older but very well-kept, cozy, and nicely decorated. The bed and linens were so comfortable — definitely high quality, which made for a great night’s sleep. The condo had everything we needed to feel right at home, from kitchen essentials to extra touches that made our stay easy.The location is unbeatable — right on the water with absolutely gorgeous views. It was so relaxing to sit out and enjoy the scenery. Just note there’s no elevator, which wasn’t a problem for us but might be worth knowing for anyone with mobility concerns.Overall, it’s the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway. We’d absolutely stay here again!

The condo has a great view and was literally on the beach. It was super clean and had all the amenities we needed. However, the neighborhood will prevent us from coming back to this location. We stayed 3 nights. One day our car had a flat tire because of a screw in the tire and the next day our car was egged along with the rest of the cars parked with us.

Wonderful location directly on Pensacola Beach! Everything that it promised was delivered.

The view was amazing ! Property and location were great . The stairs weren’t fun but the view definitely made up for it !

Excellent in every way but one- bedroom doors wouldn't fully close and couldn't be locked.

Highly recommend Right ON the Beach! I took my teenage son and his friend and we had the best time. The location is perfect and the property manager was very helpful. Hope to return again sometime soon!

This place is a gem. The view was great and the place has everything you need. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of towels and wash rags, hand towels. The only thing I have to say bad is the couch was janky could use a better one…

This is the second time this year great place perfect spot beautiful beach, beautiful scenery very quiet place very private place with only four units. We’re going to come back twice a year.

Great condo. I had trouble with steps due to my disability. Otherwise very nice condo on the beach. If going up a couple flights of stairs are not a problem, then this is a great condo

Full kitchen was nice, had everything we needed (2 more chairs on balcony would have been nice and maybe some beach towels and plastic cups for the beach). Was clean and comfortable! And the view was superb!!!

Great location on the beach! This was the main reason we booked here! My husband doesn’t like spending all day at the beach like I do and since the condo is so close to the beach I could take the kids to the beach and he could still see us from the balcony so it worked out great. Beds are very comfy and they provide a lot of towels/washcloths which was nice! Internet worked great and had 3 smart tvs in the unit which was also nice when we were in the condo. Pool was nice and private which is a plus! We were not aware of how many stairs we would have to climb though. From the pictures in the listing, it makes it look like it’s a small flight of stairs. We had a pregnant family member come with us so it wasn’t very pleasant for her to climb that many stairs. So that was a little misleading. I also think it would be good to know before arriving that there was only 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 1 roll of paper towels, and no trash bags. It’s pretty typical to not have those things but most places I’ve rented from mention it in the check-in process/info. Overall, it was a great place to stay and I would stay here again!

This was a perfect getaway with an amazing view

“Right on the Beach” is exactly what it says. You are so close you can hear and smell the Gulf of Mexico’s waves. Host was very quick in replying to any of our questions and the decor and amenities were spot on. Thanks

This condo was perfect for us! We enjoyed the view of the ocean everyday and the awesome beach access! Condo had everything we needed! Beds and linens were so comfortable! Highly recommend this one! Perfect for couple or family!

This was the nicest and cleanest place that we have ever stayed. There’s a few things that need replacing, but everything overall was perfect. We bought frozen pizzas so a pizza pan and pizza cutter would be nice. Also, extra garbage bags too. We bought some and left for the next guest(s). The washer and dryer were a plus. The beds were so comfy and the towels were fluffy and quick drying. It made our stay very enjoyable and relaxing. The balcony was one of our favorites, watching the lizards, mice, birds, and the sunrises and sunsets. We already miss it.

This beach front condo was perfect! The view was amazing? The beds were so comfortable and 4recliners in the living room with a view of the beach. The host was quick to respond with any questions and even left a few complimentary snacks. I will be rebooking this condo for next years trip!

Communication was prompt. I was able to watch our teens from the balcony while listening to the waves. Location was perfect and not overcrowded. Sliding door does not lock, but never felt unsafe. 10 was a little early for checkout, but at the same token we were able to check-in earlier than planned. I would stay here again. Thanks Much!
