This comfortable condo is in Soldotna, right on the Kenai River. Private river access with great fishing and all the amenities - cleaning station, nets, stringers, freezer space all included. The condo has a full kitchen, living/dining area, and full bathroom downstairs. the downstairs also has futon bed couch. The large upstairs has a new queen bed, bunk bed, and twin bed along with a convenient new half bath. There is a large deck with a grill out front and a common area with gas grill

Stayed Sep 4, 2025This was just what we needed. A group of four went to fish the Kenai River for silvers. It is not big, but it is plenty spacious, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The owner was a great communicator and the gentleman who cleans the units was extremely friendly and helpful. Although the silvers were essentially between runs, and where were not able to pick up any at the property, we got plenty of rainbow trout right off the dock. We had sufficient room to hang up our waders every night inside or outside, depending on the weather, and the rod rack outside was a nice touch to keep our rods and reels in between fishing excursions. Would definitely stay here again, and plan to in the future.

Stayed Jan 5, 2025The condo itself is very comfortable and taken care of. The location is awesome since its right in the heart of Soldotna. However, it feels surprisingly secluded because it is tucked away. It's located right by the river, so it's a perfect place to stay whether you're there to fish, repax, or for work.

Stayed Sep 27, 2024We stayed at this location for a total of 4 nights. Checking in was so easy and communication with the property manager was great. The property was so clean and right on the Kenai River with easy access to the river. We did not dish, but I can see where this would be such a great place to stay during salmon season. Can’t thank you enough for the amazing hospitality!!! I highly recommend this property!!!

Stayed Sep 4, 2024The location on the Kenai River near the Soldatna bridge was nice. Shopping and eating places all near by. The property has a long dock for fishing - probably great for Sockeye. We went after Silvers in early Se9ptember. Guides worked hard on the middle Kenai but the silvers just weren't there. Unfortunately. The condo is great for a couple of people.

Stayed Aug 19, 2024This is a group of condos right on the kenai. The place was very clean and comfortable. I would definitely come back. Met some of the other residents and they were great people. Soldotna is a great location because you can access the kenai, Homer and Seward very easily. We fished right there at the dock and caught Salmon. Looked like there were trout there too. Plenty of freezer space to store fish or a nice kitchen to cook your catch. Wish we had time to stay longer. Highly recommend this VRBO.

Stayed Jul 10, 2024We were just here for 3 days before we headed to Ninilchick for another adventure, however wished we stayed here for the duration of our trip. Perfect location, it was great being able to fish just a few feet from our rental, the condo was just perfect for three adults and supplied everything we needed. Neighbors are so friendly and informative. We will be back here for an extended stay on our next trip to AK!
