Right on the Beach, Stunning Ocean View from Master, Clean Luxury &Spacious,

This is our 2nd time staying at Boardwalk, & again, it did not disappoint! Gene & his wife are both so wonderful to work with. The condo is a great location. So close to many things. On the east end of S. Thomas Dr. so getting in & out of the parking garage is no problem. Never a wait for the elevators. The pool area is great and has a restaurant, bar & small store right there for convenience. We travel with 2 adults & 2 teen boys & the condo has plenty of room! Plenty of dishes for cooking meals. Plenty of seating for everyone to be comfortable. & The sunset view is definitely one of our favorite parts!! Just book! You won't be disappointed!

The view from the condo is stunning and we were very comfortable. The unit had everything we needed.

The biggest issue is we arrived to a filthy condo where only the beds were made. Sand was everywhere on the floor. Showers and tubs were never cleaned. Old used wristbands were on the counter. I attached a picture of my one year old's feet after 15 minutes in the condo for reference.Spoke with the owner and they were able to get it cleaned the first night, but it was not a great way to start a vacation.Other issues we encountered (minor but added to the frustration):- Guest toilet clogged just flushing pee. There were 2 plungers in the bathroom already so this was probably a known issue.- No dishwashing soap.We've stayed in 3 other units at the Boardwalk Beach Resort and never had any issues until this trip. The good news is everything is fixable, and the resort itself was great.

We had a great time in PCB! The condo was as advertised - spacious layout, beautiful views, secure property, comfy beds, and easy access to the beach and activities. Gene was responsive and accommodating, particularly as we got closer to the trip and were pulling together our final travel details. While there, we had a minor plumbing issue, and Gene facilitated a rapid response from resort maintenance, who were also extremely professional and kind. A few things we noticed: the floors were dirty and left this black residue on feet and socks. I don’t know if that’s just common for tile floors at the beach or if they could use a good scrubbing. The garbage disposal was also stinky. We visited early in the summer season, so maybe it, too, just needs a deep refreshing cleaning. We also had to buy toilet paper, which was something I just wasn’t expecting. Overall, we had a magnificent time and would absolutely come back to Boardwalk. Thanks for your hospitality, Gene!

This place is great, the unit was clean and looked great. The owner Gene was great to work with and very responsive to any messages or questions. My family has been staying in the boardwalk Beach resort condos for 9 years and this stay was one of the best.

This was perfect place to relax while in town playing baseball.

Can’t say enough about how wonderful the communication was. Any questions i had regarding the property, he answered immediately. We had a great time, love the condo and all its amenities.

Such a Beautiful Property! The condo had plenty of space for myself, my husband, our teen son & a friend. There is a small market on site with hot food, sodas, & even ice cream! The full bar & restaurant by the pool is very convenient & the food & drinks are good! The view of the sunset from the balcony was amazing. The beach was never crowded. The location makes it not too far from anything. We would definitely book again!

This is the second time we have booked this condo and it is perfect! Very large condo for everyone to spread out and it has everything you could possibly need if you don’t want to leave during your stay. I enjoyed every minute sitting on the balcony looking at the beautiful view! We look forward to staying again next year! Thanks for everything Gene!

Communication was great, loved the amenties and the beach access! The beach was never overcrowded, the pool and splashpad was perfect for when our littles needed a calmer area to have fun when the waves were strong. Loved that there was a bar/restaurant conveniently next to the pool. The condo was large and spacious for our family. Appreciated the smart tv/roku apps available and the kitchen had all we needed.
