    Pros: The location was great, walkable to main street and peak 9, and the management team was responsive typically. Cons: The beds/mattresses weren't the best quality. In the bunk room, the bottom bunk bed felt like you were sleeping on just straight springs, so I asked if there was anything they could do about it. They brought me a piece of foam that I had to add on top of the mattress. I appreciated the effort, but it wasn't a legitimate foam mattress topper. It was just a piece of foam that looked like it had been sitting in a storage unit.Those kind of mattresses are probably ok for 2-3 night stays, but for my 3-week stay it was tough.I'd happily stay there again if they just upgrade the mattresses on the beds.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location of our unit I was perfect for us, but the unit needs updating. The dishwasher was broken as was the kitchen sink sprayer. All the mattresses were too hard for sleeping. Pots and pans needed replacing. The vertical blinds in the living room needed replacing. But the staff made every effort to accommodate us and, for the most part, they succeeded.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: In regards to Atrium 207We were extremely disappointed. Upon arrival There were three lock boxes to get the key to enter. It took us a half hour to figure out which lock box to open and when we saw it was the left bock box it was hard due to poor lighting (couldn’t see the dial) and put in the combo. it was NOT intuitive on how to open the box to get the the key. We bought some groceries including beer and there was no bottle opener to be found. The garbage bags were too small for the garbage can. The sliding glass doors on the closet were off track and could barely be opened and I didn’t try more than once for fear they would completely fall to the floor. The middle drawer on the dresser was warped and when I pulled on the handle it fell off. The dining table was wobbly. Loose screw that attached the legs to the table top needed to be tightened We assumed sthe unit had an elevator since it was 3 stories, 4 if you include walking from the garage. So at 9,5000 feet it was quite the walk to our unit with 5 suitcases, 3 bags of groceries and a ski bag. When I called with the question about the lack of an elevator the manager said that they never advertised that there was an elevator. My spouse had some mobility issues. I just assumed that this complex like all complexes had to be ADA compliant?We had to take out our own garbage with no direction as to where to find the garbage container. Had to call to ask and then were given the wrong code to get into the garbage dumpster shed. Upon check out we were expected to start the dishwasher but had to call to get dishwasher soap. I didn’t dawn on me we had to buy our own. The unit above us partied until 3am and kept us up all night the night before my son’s wedding. Needless to say that deeply impacted our energy at his wedding. When I expressed my concern Breckenridge offered a $50 discount. Conside

The layout is perfect for groups with a full kitchen, dining table and a living room with really comfortable furniture and a cozy fireplace. The bedrooms are a great size and fit more people than you think. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but a small price to pay for a nice place at this price point. This unit is in a building with a gorgeous lobby area and covered parking garage. There is also a hottub, while I didn't go in personally it looked nice! Walkable into town and there's a free shuttle to the mountain, which is another huge plus. Definitely will stay here again!
