Right beside pool!!

Clean and spacious. Saw a bear every evening. Unit is conveniently located next to the pool and the ramp from the parking lot. Pleasantly surprised with this little gem.

Let me start this off by saying that any previously posted negative reviews are absolutely incorrect….The host was very responsive, the condo was immaculately clean, the views were great, especially early morning with the sun rising and after dark with the lights of Ober and the surrounding area. Nothing shows the night sky better than the darkness on top of a mountain in the fall!!The winner was the fireplace!!! Every evening there was a fire going, and the relaxation of the crackling of real wood burning was enough to relax the most stressed out individual.In closing, we will definitely be staying here again on every return trip we make back to Gatlinburg( a yearly trip for us). Christmas in Gatlinburg is something that should be experienced at least once a lifetime!!

The host was wonderful! We had some issues with Affirm, but the host was very understanding.

There was bed bugs and when we confronted the owner he was disrespectful and saying hurtful things . One of my family member woke up with bites all over them. We wanted to wash our clothes and dry them before we left cause we didnt want to take the bugs home with us . The owner came with a gun threating to call the law if we didnt leave. So we left.

Condo is great. Up to date furnishing and appliances, comfy beds, close to Gatlinburg strip

When you walk in, it’s cozy and welcoming. Unit is close to the swimming pool. Which it’s a community pool. So you are sharing it with neighbors around you. But not crowded at all. Nearest local store is 20 minutes away because you’re up high in the mountains. So I would recommend stopping before getting up to the condo. Would recommend and stay again. Very beautiful scenery..

Perfect distance from everything, just far enough away from downtown to not be over crowded and close enough to be in the middle of it all.

Property was a great place to stay right next to pool. Saw several bears so have to be a little careful as some got into cars down from us. Great place to stay

Cameras in house. Mattress in the sliding door room was terrible, middle was sinking in. No coffee, and seasonings were out of date. There was 2 firewood logs which was nice. Secluded on the top of a sketchy mountain road. You could see a small section of downtown Gatlinburg from the screened in patio . Wasn't terrible, but 100 a night would be more reasonable.

Condo was as listed. Very clean and cozy. Beds were comfy. Had all the necessities needed for basic cooking. Short drive down to Gatlinburg. We hould would recommend this condo and visit again.

We had a girls trip and the unit was very clean. Best of all it was right beside the pool! We really enjoyed the screened patio and will definitely stay there again!

This was a very nice property. The site said it had jetted tubs and a on site water park which it did not. I do wish there was some Saran Wrap and foil left there for use. Other then that great

This was our first time using VRBO and utilizing a property as an ABB. We were pleasantly surprised to see such a great place to stay without really knowing what we were purchasing. It had everything as listed. Now for some of the written comments and ratings from others: this condo is in the mountains. It has roads that wrap around and go up the mountains, some turns will take your breath away due to the scenery while other moments, it can be very scary to drive due to the road being very narrow. It was AWESOME! Drive slow and enjoy the way up and down the mountain as this did not ruin our stay or keep us from using this condo in the future. We rather enjoyed being away from everyone in hotels, felt very comfortable and no we did not need an ATV or jeep to get to our stay. We were located very close to Gatlinburg or could take a different road out of the mountain and be in Pigeon Forge within 10 to 15 minutes. We did have Pizza ordered and they delivered it very timely to the condo. Our last night there, we saw a mother bear and 2 cubs walking the roads. Quite a nice surprise :). My family was very happy with the accommodations and we had a great time in TN. We are thankful for the time with our family and we would recommend anyone looking for a place to stay, consider this property.
