Right across from the BEACH !! The condo is located within the beautiful Santa Maria Harbor Resort Condominium complex. The Resort has elevators, a beautiful heated resort sized pool, outdoor grilling and boating docks that play host to manatees and dolphins. You can even fish from the docks! And of course, the BEACH is right across the street !!!

The condo is located on the first floor (one floor up from the ground floor) overlooking the marina and docks. You will always be cool inside as new air conditioning unit has been installed. Enjoy a great night sleep with a firm Beautyrest king mattress in the master !! Over 300 channels with Comcast cable service!

The spacious two bedroom, three bathroom condo on two floors has a screened in lanai with a waterfront view of the Marina's canal, fabulous kitchen, dining room and living room and half bath on the bottom floor and the Master Bedroom En Suite with king sized bed and its own TV, the Guest Bedroom En Suite with two twins and its own TV, both with their own bathrooms and showers on the top floor. Perfect layout for a family. The unit comes with Wifi and cable TV and there is a large flat screen TV in the living room.

The fantastic, newly remodeled kitchen boasts all new appliances and is fully equipped with dishware and cookware to prepare all your meals. All has been custom designed with quartz countertops and a wonderful breakfast bar and bar stools to accommodate two. This modern kitchen includes refrigerator/freezer, range, microwave, coffeemaker, and dishwasher. The dining room is just off the kitchen with a table for four and a beautiful view from the sliding glass doors.

It's also equipped with a washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and everything else you'll need to be fully functional. All linens and towels are included. For your convenience, there are building elevators, secured lobby and ample on site parking. There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner.

These amenities are balanced with the natural beauty of sand and surf on the Gulf. You are just steps from the tranquility of the preserve, a stopping point for the migration of the rare white pelicans and roseate spoonbills. Take the short ride by car or the island trolley to the north end of the island to Old San Carlos Boulevard with loads of new restaurants (and some old favorites), food trucks, bars and Bayside Park. Also at the north end of the island sits Bowditch Point Park with its turtle walk and lively beach where all the boats pass on their way out to the Gulf. You can choose to go south to Lovers Key State Park, where you can hike along nature trails, canoe or kayak along estuaries and bicycle amidst the mangroves or further south to exclusive shopping centers in Bonita and Naples. Santini Marina Plaza, just next door, will offer you restaurants, bars, shops and a marina, where you can rent a boat or kayak and explore the Great Blue Waterway and mangrove back bays!     We had a nice stay. Condo is a little dated and the bedding could be updated. Pool area was nice and its a short walk to the beach. Only down side is no bathroom at the beach.

    The appartements location is just across the street to the beach and at the quiter end of Estero Boulevard. Nicely decorated with a beach vibe. Bed and bathrooms are on the smaller side but will do. The kitchen is well equipped. The marina was under construction for the whole time, but repairs have to be done, so we didn't mind.The pool was for 3 buildings and got a bit crowded at peak times. People reserved their spots with towels early in the morning - seriously?? Check in and communication with the agency was great. Overall a very nice stay!

    My husband and I enjoyed our stay in Fort Myers. Unaware of the devastation that hurricane Ian had on the area, there is alot of demolished property but also quite alot of new construction and homes being built. We drove up and down the gulf coast. Captiva and Sanabel Island was beautiful. And there are lots of great restaurants. Never been in that part of Florida. Beaches are beautiful.

    We had a great time in this condo on FMB. It was very clean and decorated beautifully. The complex has a little way to go on hurricane repairs but the condo was 100%. Pool was great. Location was good. Looking forward to FMB recovery.

    Liked the location, pool. We didn’t experience construction noise. The only dislike was bug traps with cockroaches and we were kind of freaked out about that and gnats in the laundry room. Although I’ve heard Florida has that issue? The door code made access easy. There was a yellow substance in the dryer that got on my husbands shirt. It washed out later with soap and water. Also the dryer had a strange odor that smelled like corn on the cob?

    The place looked like the pictures. It was a short walk to the beach, pool was clean and heated. I felt safe walking and going to the beach by myself. There is a tram(bus) you can ride to get from one end of the stretch of beach to the other and you can get off at different places. Its easy to ride once you know the schedule. We did have a little miss communication with how to get onto our condo. But was straightened out with a phone call. Things are slowly building up from the hurricane a few years ago. But everything is clean. It was sad to see all the damage done.

    Check in instructions need to be updated, sent us to get keys and we were looking for an agency place that is not currently open, just to find out we didn’t need one, on the plus side my concern was addressed right away, even though it was after midnight, also may sure to bring soap and toilet paper from the get go there was nothing like that as a courtesy, the beach across the street is full of tree trunks and branches, we had to drive to another entrance and pay the 5$ per hour everyday, food selection is very limited in the island, as they are still recovering, we loved seeing the manatees everyday from the balcony and the building was clean and quiet, pool was great. I would return to that unit once the overall island situation improves.
