Rhythm of Night | 2BR LoHi Loft w/ Balcony

The layout and decor is fantastic. The beds were comfortable and it was exactly what we were looking for.

We recently stayed here during our first trip to Denver for a major softball tournament. The home was well-appointed, clean, and conveniently located just minutes from all the fields we played at — a big plus for our busy schedule.As a softball family, we travel with quite a bit of gear and appreciate easy access for loading and unloading. Unfortunately, parking was the one major drawback. There’s no garage access for guests, and although there’s street parking in front of the building, it’s often full due to the number of nearby bars and restaurants. On several occasions, we had to park blocks away, which made arrivals and departures more challenging. The signage in the area was also difficult to interpret, so we were constantly concerned about parking enforcement.That said, if you’re traveling light and looking for a well-located place with plenty to do within walking distance, this could be a great fit.

We had a fantastic time in Denver over the weekend in the Rhythm of the Night Espadin property. It's the perfect size for two couples and could not have been any better for our trip. It's very close to several great coffee shops and some fantastic dining. Would definitely stay there again.

I traveled to Denver to spend time with my daughter who recently moved to Colorado. I normally prefer to stay in a hotel, but decided to try a Vrbo property because I was traveling with my small dog. This property was everything I could have asked for. Location was excellent, the accommodations were perfect for us and we enjoyed our stay. Our unit was clean, seemed new, and well equipped. I would definitely stay here again as we travel monthly to Denver and I would choose this property every time. The only minor set back is parking. We had no issue during the week, but it was a little challenging on the weekends. I wish there was assigned parking to make things easier as we rent a car, but this would not deter me from staying here again. I also knew the parking situation upfront, so it was not a surprise. Everything was well in walking distance. I loved the fact that the unit was pet friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

The condo was just what we needed for our stay in Denver. Good location, great layout, overall great property! It sits on the corner of a very busy intersection, and was a little cool in January with floor to ceiling windows. Neither of these things was enough to lower my rating, just something I thought I would share.

This space just feels like Denver. It’s cleverly decorated to feel like a home away from home without being imposing. Loved it and will definitely book again. Also just want to add I love the appliances and cabinets.

Clean, spacious, and in a great location.

We have stayed at this property several times because of the second bedroom/bath and the cots. It is a nice, comfortable apartment. However, we called when we checked into our place that we had no blankets for the two cots. As the apartment can sleep 6, it should be ready for 6 guests. We made three calls over several hours and finally had blankets left at the door after we went to bed. This was not a good way to start our trip. Some advice--makeup mirrors in the bathrooms, towel hooks for both bathrooms as there was no place to hang wet towels, kleenex box in both bathrooms.

This was a great spot for a quick two-night stay in Denver. Convenient location and we enjoyed to sit on the patio and watch all that was happening on this busy little street corner. Rental was as described and more! Would definitely rent again if we are in the Denver area.

I just returned from a stay in the Rhythm of the Night unit. It was spacious, clean, and well furnished. This place has a huge wrap-around balcony with seating. Although we didn't spend much time out there, we really appreciated that we had the space to be outside if we wanted to. Plenty of natural light comes through the multitude of windows and it is just a lovely, comfortable environment. The location was convenient and, although there was no assigned parking, we never had an issue finding parking close by. Check in was super easy and contactless. The property manager was responsive and helpful from the time I booked the property. I was also glad to receive the check in instructions several days in advance. I really appreciated this as some VRBO rentals wait until the day of to share that information. If I had to provide any constructive feedback, there are two things I would mention. We noticed that the couch had a few light stains. Since it is a very light color, every blemish or stain is going to show. It could benefit from a good cleaning of the fabric. Also, the lobby had an odd smell that never went away and we couldn't figure out what it was. Both of these things were very minor and in no way interfered with our comfort and enjoyment of the property. I will definitely stay hear again when visiting Denver and I highly recommend the place. This space is exactly as advertised, do not hesitate to book it!

The location was good. Walking distance to river, restaurants, etc. Very cute and clean condo. I would definitely stay here again.
