Easy to get to. Quiet. Key was difficult to get out of the box.

Our stay was great. The refrigerator was not working, but the host quickly responded, attempted to get it replaced that day (unsuccessful) and gave us a credit. We used a small cooler. Not big deal at all. We had a great stay. Thank you.

Great property! Condo has everything you need, layout is great, TV and internet are easy to navigate, covered porch was awesome for morning coffee and the lake was right there. Location is perfect and close to several golf and dining options as well as the Ritz. Check in/check out was a breeze.I highly recommend staying here if you’re wanting a great Lake Oconee getaway.

Second stay in this condo and had a great time. It’s so convenient and roomy. Happy to have found a place so close to my family reunion.

Condo was great for a long family weekend. We were visiting family staying at the Ritz and was very easy to go back and forth. Condo was clean, comfortable and communication was great. Thanks for a wonderful visit!

The condo is quite comfortable. Quiet area. Easy toaccess and very clean. We enjoyed our stay.

Overall, I was very disappointed with my stay especially given the location and price we paid. Starting with the check in process, I was told my name was given to the front gate ahead of time so I could obtain a pass to get in for the duration of my stay. When we arrived, they didn’t have any of my information and wouldn’t let me enter. My friend and I attempted contacting the host in which there was no reply for a while. This process resulted in us having to wait for about an hour to get in. Next, when we checked in and were getting things settled, we immediately noticed a thick layer of dust everywhere (white, drywall dust and normal dust). The host did let me know ahead of time that there may be someone coming beforehand to fix the paint from where a leak had happened but it didn’t smell like paint. It did seem like the wall was sanded which resulted in the majority of the dust but it was EVERYWHERE! There was also pieces of food on the carpet and on the cooktop. We reached out to the host as soon as we noticed this and he ended up calling and speaking with my husband. He informed us that the painter unexpectedly came right before we checked in and must be what the dust was from. He did offer to send a cleaner back that afternoon, we however didn’t want our stay interrupted. He did refund our cleaning deposit. I just expected more to have been done as we spent at least an hour or so just cleaning surfaces and vacuuming so it was okay for my 10 month old to be able to crawl

This was our third stay at Reed's amazing condo, and we already can’t wait to come back! Everything about this place is perfect—immaculate, beautifully decorated, and short walk to the Lake and Ritz. The area is very peaceful. There are great restaurants on property and several a short drive away.

Property was right in the middle of Reynolds great golf courses. 3rd time I’ve stayed here.

We traveled to Lake Oconee for the Food & Wine Festival and this condo was the perfect location. Easy access to the Ritz, close to the gate, less than 1 mile from coffee, restaurants and Publix. Easy check-in and check-out, extremely clean, easy parking. We will return.

Visited friends who live at Reynolds and joined them for a golf holiday. Lovely, clean, well-equipped, modern condo. Helpful hosts. Will stay again.

Fabulous location that's steps away from the lake and miles of walking paths. You can also walk to the Ritz. Beautiful views. The owner was extremely responsive and the property is exactly as described. I highly recommend it.

We wanted to stay near the Ritz where our friends were staying. This condo was in the neighborhood closest to the hotel. Spacious and fitted with everything needed. Close to shopping as well. We were only 2, but it would be perfect for 3 couples or a family. The Host was a great communicator.

Condo was perfect for our family while we celebrated a friend's wedding! Very close to the Ritz, just a couple of minute drive. Host was very responsive and even provided coffee! Would definitely recommend and stay here again myself!
