    Was as described. Very clean. The kitchen was fully stocked and all cookware and utensils were in excellent shape which was greatly appreciated. We will be checking this listing out again come our winter season for the ski hill. Thank you!

    Was a very comfortable place and exactly as listed. The bedroom on the main floor was quite warm (the AC is upstairs) - so if it’s during the heat of the summer or if someone coming doesn’t like the heat be aware - but otherwise we loved it and had a great stay.

    This property was fantastic. The large outdoor patio with the hot tub and the amazing mountain views was probably the best feature. The unit itself had everything that you could possibly need. Very well organized. If there was one negative i would say it was the parking. A very small garage attached, which forced us into visitors which was difficult at times to get into. Other than that, we would definitely book there again.

    Once we got into the property the condo was amazing! We were given the wrong address, wrong unit number and wrong door code in the welcome emails. But only found out the wrong unit and door code due to not being able to find the building and calling the number in the email. Once we spoke to them she confirmed our unit number which raised questions about the email and led us to figure out the code was wrong as well. The 2 storey condo was nice. It was About 28C when we arrived and the air conditioning unit stated that it was about 25C inside. My husband played around with the remote for awhile (YouTubed it) , as there was no instructions in the welcome package. We got the fan going but still didn’t seem to cool. The first night was warm and it wasn’t until the next day that we figured out the batteries in the remote were dead, once we changed them we got the ac up and running and it was mostly comfortable. We took the batteries from the living room remote, which was fine since there was no cable, just YouTube. The kitchen was well stocked, the patio was lovely, the hot tub was nice despite the cushions falling apart. Having two bathrooms was a plus. All in all would stay again, but would bring an extra fan if we planned on having someone use the second bedroom (in the summer) as it is downstairs a far distance from the air conditioning unit.

    We had one dishwasher pod so I had to call to get more. We ran out of paper towels. But the icing on the cake was when my husband went to light the bbq to make dinner on Sunday night. No propane! We had to go out and spend $35 dollars out of pocket. When I tried to call the office, the voicemail was full. This left me to wonder how many other renters were left high and dry this weekend. Not pleased with our stay.

    The place was very clean with everything we would need and some nice additions such as a baby gate. Staff was very responsive. Some construction going on in the complex but did not directly affect us.
