Stayed Dec 31, 2025Thermostat had a broken display, the temperature was not visible. It was getting either too hot or too cold.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026The view was amazing! Perfect place for our family of 3! Place was clean and cozy! The drive up at first was a little scary but definitely got use to it! Very close to downtown Gaitlinburg. Highly recommend!

Stayed May 31, 2025We loved just about everything about our stay! The only thing we didnt know about was the road is really curvey and pretty steep. Other than that the view was amazing and they stay was great.

Stayed Apr 11, 2024Hostess did not respond accurately when asked about steps. I stated that my wife had knee problems. Her answer was “a few”. That was when we had time to cancel with full refund. We received pictures 2 weeks before. Not a few, but 12. Up and 12 down. Add implied “condo” was more than a room.
