Stayed Jan 23, 2026We had a great stay overall. The location is excellent—right at the base of the mountain and on the shuttle line to all the major spots. We were there for Sundance and could easily walk to Main Street (about 15–20 minutes) or hop on the shuttle. While we weren’t skiing, this would be an ideal location for anyone who is.One small note: the directions on the website were a bit confusing and included unnecessary extra steps. The simplest way to get there is to turn right at Baja Cantina—the main entrance is right there. I mentioned this to management, so hopefully they’ll update the directions to make it easier for future guests. We had requested a trundle mattress in advance, and it wasn’t there when we arrived. However, after I messaged them, it was delivered very quickly, which we appreciated. The apartment itself was very cute and comfortable, with plenty of extra towels and blankets provided. The layout includes one large bedroom and bathroom upstairs (where you enter, next to the living room and kitchen) and two bedrooms downstairs, each with its own bathroom. That said, the layout wasn’t ideal for our group of 8. While each of the 3 bedrooms has its own bathroom, there isn’t a bathroom that’s accessible without going through a bedroom. This made it challenging for those sleeping in the living room space to avoid disturbing others at night. It’s something to keep in mind depending on the group’s setup and dynamic.Overall, we had a fun trip and enjoyed our stay very much!

Stayed Oct 17, 2024We really enjoyed our stay here! The location was excellent and the condo was plenty of space which is hard to find in Park City. We reached out to management a few times and they went above and beyond to make sure we were being taken care of. The only downside was the walk from the parking garage to the condo and all the stairs. We had brought quite a bit of stuff with us and hauling it all up the stairs was quite a chore. For most people this would not be a big deal but just wanted people to be aware. Otherwise excellent space!!

Stayed Mar 31, 2024Our family of 6 had a perfect and stay. Solid location right next to slopes and ski school. Multiple rental places close by. Can’t beat it. Also a great Mexican restaurant right down stairs.

Stayed Feb 25, 2024Kitchen and one bedroom on first floor, two bedrooms downstairs. Very convenient to the lifts. Access to the building and room was needlessly complicated. Do you really need a nine digit access code? Several doors into the complex, but not all of them access the condo. For skiing, the location probably can't be any better. At least 3 ski shops on premises. Dining options are limited at the resort, but lots of choices if you go into town. Bus stop is a walk downstairs. Hot tub is in a separate building and it is very small. Never received a door code to get into the other building, so we had to wait in the cold for other guests to let us in, but I wouldn't bother going anyway. One problem we did encounter is there was a water or sewer leak in the bedroom ceiling and part of the ceiling collapsed. There was a trash can full of drywall and paint in the bedroom. We also had to vacuum the debris from the bedroom floor. Management was aware of it because they moved furniture and turned fans on. It likely wasn't management's fault and not much could be done about it, but that was a lingering problem. I got a small refund for my trouble so I'm reasonably happy with how it turned out.

Stayed Feb 11, 2024We had a family of 8 adults staying for a week and it was a great time! We were within a 2 minute easy walk right to the lifts, which was extremely convenient when family members were looking to ski at different times. My only complaint would be the extremely early plowing outside the window, which was very loud, but the good news is that meant more snow had fallen, which made for great ski days. I would recommend this property and hope to stay here again.

Stayed Feb 17, 2024Our family stayed at Resort Plaza in the Mountain Village. The unit was great, good sized bedrooms and all en-suite. Very clean and well appointed kitchen. Plenty of room for the four of us. The best part was the location. It’s 10 yards from the PayDay chair on the mountain. It was seamless to get on and off the mountain every day. We were here for winter break and thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Resort Plaza. Keep in mind that if you are planning on driving to the resort, if you have a large size vehicle, be careful with the parking. The spaces are limited and tight. Otherwise, we had a fantastic stay, and would consider this unit in the future.

Stayed Jan 11, 2024Good location, close to Payday, Crescent and ski school (~150 yards) Cons 4th floor unit in an older building. Showers and bathrooms, are small and outdated. Unit's walls are thin, you will hear your neighbors. Check-in experience is cumbersome with luggage and ski gear. AvantStay's directions led us up two unnecessary additional flights of stairs with all of our luggage - that sucked. We experienced intermittent power outages. And an out-of-service elevator for a full day, which is inconvenient being on the 4th floor with kids and ski gear. There was a broken mirror on the building entry floor for 1.5 days. AvantStay responses were unsatisfactory, offering no real-time help. Kitchenware is subpar. Everything sticks to the pans despite using oil or butter. The village where this unit sits offers mediocre dining choices. The notable exception is Harvest, which serves excellent breakfast and coffee. For better food head to Main Street or other parts of PC. The provided toiletries had a strong chemical odor, better to bring your own. While the location of this rental is ideal for families with children in ski school or those looking to be close to some lifts, the overall experience falls short of expectations. The accommodation and amenities do not match the standards of even a basic highway motel from the early 2000s. The unit serves its purpose for convenient ski access but lacks in comfort and quality, which is a significant drawback for a pleasant stay.

Stayed Oct 17, 2023Lovely condo at the Park City base. The elevator was not working, so that was a bit of a hassle. Avant Stay was super accommodating. There was lots of coffee on hand so that was great. Would be nice to have Kleenex in the bathrooms as well as bar soap. Savannah checked us in and out and she was fabulous. She helped us carry our luggage in and out (we are all 71 years old). She tried to get a co-worker to help her carry our luggage out at the end or our stay, but she was the only one who showed up. Cudos to her for sure! Also, management should let guests know before committing to the dates of stay that there is something called shoulder season wherein many attractions and restaurants are closed. We were totally unaware of this, and probably would have chosen different dates to visit had we known. All in all a great trip. The condo was super clean and very nice. Comfortable beds, too!
