Resort-like setting a short drive to beaches and downtown, new vinyl plank floor

We had an amazing time in this spotless condo.Everything was great,kitchen had everything what you needed. A lot of new towels !There are plenty of space , a living room ,2 big bedrooms ,2 bathrooms and nice balcony with the pool view.You feel like you are at your own home! The resort is beatifful, pool and grounds are gorgeous.Its very quiet area so you can enoy so much! Julie,the host was lovely and very communicative !She gave us a few good tips.Mexican restaurant its a must just few minutes away!Sunset at Siesta Key Beach and Anna Maria Island were approximately 20-35 minutes away Thank you so much for having us and for a wonderfull week at Sarasota area! We recommend this condo to everyone and yes ,definitely we would love to comeback one day! Thank you again!!!

Host was responsive and great. Very clean condo, pool was awesome, nice gym and tennis court. Central Sarasota which was great for exploring. Great property and very clean and nice property grounds.

Loved this property! This was my 1st time ever renting a property on vacation (we normally stay at a hotel) staying here at this property was the best decision we made for the trip! We/I would stay at this unit again & again! Dont pass this one up! Perfect Location too. Very Clean as well!

The property looked very nice on line and it was even more impressive in person. The host met me personally and was very nice. Always available for any questions. My children visited for a couple days and the condo is located 4 miles away. Convenient to downtown and one of my favorite beaches. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone traveling to the area!

Enjoyed our stay at Serenata. Unit was clean and comfortable. The owner responded quickly to my texts. Loved the pool! Location is perfect - close to shopping and restaurants.

This place was perfect for our two week stay in Sarasota. It was so clean and comfortable. Loved having coffee on the Lanai in the morning and wine during sunset. The condo was also close to restaurants and shops, along with a short drive to the many beaches. The downtown area is lovely and the airport is about a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay again next year.
