This family-friendly condo is located in building three of the Mountain Green Resort in Killington, Vermont. Building three is the more desirable building because all of the amenities are located in this building including a restaurant, fitness room, vending machines, sauna, and steam room, which are open during the ski season. Being on one of the high floors and on the front of the building, you have a beautiful view of the mountain and some of the ski trails which are especially gorgeous in the fall when the leaves are changing.

The Mountain Green Resort is right behind the Killington Resort and is surrounded by everything that Killington has to offer from skiing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and cross country skiing in the cold, snow-covered months, to the mountain biking, hiking, kayaking, swimming, and fishing in the summer. The road up the mountain is lined with great restaurants and shops and the Adventure Center is a great place for the kids to burn off their endless energy while having a great time!

THINGS TO KNOW
Mountain Green Amenities: the shuttle bus will only run on weekends and holidays this winter season! The amenities are managed and controlled by the Mountain Green property management team. We will do our best to provide updates as we are notified. The restaurant is closed for the summer season, but will re-open for the winter season.

The free parking is available in the parking lots behind building 3.

    Couldn’t get a key card to use the amenities until the third day of our stay. Then on the day of checkout a contractor was banging on our door at 7am advising us we had to vacate the premises in 30 minutes because they were working on the roof.

    The building is poorly marked and difficult to find. The help numbers where useless. Each unit has a numbered parking space you are not allowed to use. The parking was far away and not plowed well.We did like the unit itself once we were settled. The building itself is old and needs upgrading. Great location and view. Nice shower and kitchen.

    Located directly above the restaurant a Private party kept us up late Saturday night With loud music playing after 10 which is quiet hours. It was difficult to have our 3 and 5 year old sleep through it

    The builing was under construction, which roof work was listed as what to know. HOWEVER we were not informed that our bedroom windows would be boarded shut and the balcony would be unavailabe for use. The door to the balcony was also boraded shut and workers spent all day on it. We could even get a breeze or open the curtains during the day. The workers started at 6 a.m. which was too early for waking up on vacation. We called vacasa twice to get fans with no results until we ran into the Green Mountian building manager the next day. She did bring us fans so we could be comfortable. Extremely disappointed in the whole stay.

    All windows in unit were boarded up with ply wood and 2/3rd of the sliding glass door was boarded up with plywood. The unit was incredibly hot as there were no windows to let air in. I believe the boarded up windows in the bedroom are also a fire hazard. The description did not mention any of this, nor did the pictures. The description did mention construction would be being done in 2024, but this is 2025. Do not stay here. We booked a hotel room close by, and were lucky we found a place that had availability on such short notice. I would not recommend staying here.

    Condo was as listed- spacious, comfortable and convenient for an easy weekend of skiing at Killington. The cleaning service could be a little more detail oriented when it comes to nooks and crannies but overall the condo was clean enough for myself and my two kids. Kitchen could amenities could use some updating but nothing that would keep me from booking this condo again.

    This unit was very clean and felt like you were staying at a friend’s place. We stayed the last week in September Out of season so there were no restaurants or shopping open within walking distance. Lack of a “customer service desk” or visible onsite staff made it a bit awkward arriving to a quiet site in the middle of construction, but once situated it was a nice retreat after days spent offsite in the local towns nearby. I would love to return during the season as this seems like the perfect spot to be to hit the slopes!

    Close to the slopes, just a few minutes walk. Hard to find parking location and main entrance in the dark. Dirty and smelly elevators but room itself mostly clean and had an odor likely caused by cleaning products. Pool was closed which was a surprise and a big disappointment to us as our kids were looking forward to it. Gym equipment quality and quantity was good.
