Stayed Sep 29, 2022I have been a former owner at Seventh Mountain for years from the mid-1980s - 2000 before it became WorldMark so I'm familiar with many units. I love the resort and location, its views, and outdoor options. This property photographs well, and the owner has put in a large screen tv and maximized the use of space. The unit was far from clean. Chipped paint, filthy garbage can, and I'll leave it at that not sure who cleans or inspects before check-in. We rented it because it was ground floor and my husband has difficulty with stairs following a recent surgery. At 6'2, he couldn't fit in the bed that is tucked into an alcove next to the Unit's laundry room. The laundry room is unlocked, no unit key is needed and no hours of use posted (as it was years ago) apparently so people were doing laundry at all hours through the night. Not sure if they were hotel guests or it seemed at 3 AM, like locals possibly knowing they could do laundry through the night. Impossible to sleep so we opted for the very old Murphy wall bed and then moved to the couch as the Duvet wasn't clean. I was there to work at our Bend office and also visit family so we spent as little hours as possible and checked out very early am.
