Renovated with excellent rates - Beach Chairs Included!

It was very clean! It was in a great location and easy to use the steps or side elevator. It had everything we needed. The beach chairs were a huge plus! I hope to stay there again!

We absolutely loved the unit and the location.

Maria's place was reallly nice and I'd stay there again. It was clean and updated. Maria was quick to respond the few times I had questions. We stayed in another unit the prior year and Maria's was much nicer. We loved that beach chairs were included. It made it much easier than bringing chairs and an umbrella down to the beach ourselves each day.

This condo was very clean, well-appointed and comfortable. We spent a lot of time enjoying the balcony views and listening to the ocean. The owner Maria was very responsive to the questions I had. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described. The balcony and the view were spot on. The pools were great and the condo was super clean. Loved staying here!

It’s a beautiful condo. It was two of us and we enjoyed gorgeous view from the balcony morning to the evening. Kitchen has everything we needed .Condo is clean and bright. Bed is very comfortable and exactly the way we love to have. It has enough towels, toilet paper and all necessities we needed. Washer and dryer machines in the unit is a great addition. It was great to have a beach chairs and umbrella as well. We used sauna ( we like to use sauna in general) and enjoyed it very much. Some people complained about elevators. We personally didn’t have any problem with it. This condo has exactly everything like it stated in description. It was very easy to reach Maria. She responded promptly. It’s such a joy when you can reach the owner very fast. We didn’t have any problems, just had some questions and Maria always answered very quickly. Over all we enjoyed our vacation and will definitely return again.

Always clean, super easy to communicate. Listing is exactly as listed. Maria is super easy to get a hold of and quick to respond. Hot tub just opened up till 11 again. Hopefully pools will soon!

Room was as listed and very nice, especially compared to more expensive condos at the Summit. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and excellent to work with. The complex itself is great with bars/quick service restaurant , pools, and easy beach access. Downsides are that the pool closes at dark which was tough with younger kids who wanted to still be able to swim after 8 o’clock and the elevators can be very slow to use because they were constantly full and consistently had a line to use them.

I've stayed at the Summit a few times. If you are dead-set on also staying here, I would snatch this condo up while you can. Very clean, all the amenities and furniture seemed brand new. Great view from the balcony as well, and the host was very nice and communicative.
