    My mom, sister and I took my 7 year old here for Spring Break. The neighborhood is very nice, although it was a hike to the beach. Unfortunately the pool here isn’t heated or cleaned much even in late March so my 7 year old didn’t want to swim in it (pretty much why we booked this unit because it was close to pool) so we ended up purchasing a resort pass to the Omni and using their heated pool one day. The community is very nice and you can bike around easily. The unit provided all the space we needed and was very clean.

    Absolutely loved this condo! The real thing is better than the photos. The kitchen has everything and more you need during your stay. There were even beach chairs for us to use as a plus! Would absolutely stay here again!

    Lovely condo with comfortable beds and lots of natural light. Easy access to William Hilton Parkway so we were able to travel around the island easily. Access to the beach requires a bike - it's a little too far to walk. Fortunately, there is a bike path that runs along Queen's Folly from St. Andrew's Commons to the beach access by the Marriot. It's a pretty path to ride even if you are not headed to the beach. The welcome guidebook/binder in the condo included information about Island Skiff Adventure Tours. We booked a guided skiff boat tour based on the information we found in the guidebook and it turned out to be the highlight of our trip!

    We had 6 kids and their was plenty of space for all of us. The wrap around porch was perfect with plenty of outdoor sitting space. It was a 2-3 minute drive to the beach and parking was a breeze. The on-site pool was another bonus because we could sit under a covered space and still watch the kids. We usually stay at the Marriott or the Westin but we have found a new place to stay. We will return next year.

    Very pleased with this villa. It was exceptionally clean, bright and cheerfully decorated. We love staying in St Andrews Common because it is centrally located on the island and close to everything we love to do. Everyone working at Hilton Head Properties Realty & Rentals is always responsive, helpful and pleasant. The great customer service they provide is an added benefit that we really appreciate!

    The pet friendly part of the unit is great but there were dog hairs everywhere and the furniture was visibly dirty. Disappointed and not sure how this is considered a 5 star rental.
