Stayed Mar 4, 2026The condo was very nice. Our host responded well with any communication. Well decorated. It had everything we needed to cook in the full kitchen. The pool was amazing as it is one of the very few heated pools. Security doors entering the complex made us feel safe. This unit also has an assigned spot in the garage. Look forward to going back next year.

Stayed Jun 25, 2025Very nice unit. The only complaints were bad pet hair/dandruff on the fold out couch and the extra sheets for the couch. Also the couch/bed is at a slope when opened for the bed. Also unless you have a vehicle that sure a little higher than a mini van do not try and park in the assigned parking spot. Ours is a Chrysler Pacifica. You WILL scrape everytime you enter the garage. But if all of the parking lot spots are taken you have no other choice.

Stayed Jun 19, 2025This property was better than advertised. It was in a great location that is closed off from vehicles driving on the beach. The whole family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The location of the building was very easily accessible to leave and return to the property. The condo was stocked with all the basics we needed as well as stuff to take to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Stayed May 23, 2025The condo is in a great spot on the beach. There were amazing tide pools and it is not on the driving part so I was able to relax while the kids played. The beds were comfortable. It is not fancy but it met the needs of my family of 5.

Stayed Mar 9, 2025We stayed for a week in the beginning of March and loved our stay. My parents stay at Blue Surf next door so this was a great option for us. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and anything else we could need. Lots of beach towels, chairs & amenities. We had one minor issue with the shower and Michelle was quick to respond and get everything taken care of which was awesome. Even though they were updating windows and working on the patio, it did not stop us for enjoying the pool and the beach each day. Truly enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise, that can't be beat. I would highly recommend renting from the Gregory's.

Stayed Oct 27, 2024Our condo would have been a good choice if it had air conditioning. We had no AC for the entire week. Two repair men came out at different times but both said the same thing, that the AC needed to be replaced. Other than that, the unit was nicely furnished and remodeled.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family at this well equipped condo. It had everything we needed although we ran out of toilet paper. (We were told that they didn’t supply personal items). Really? So we bought our own. I later reviewed the listing and it did in fact say toilet paper was included. Besides that, there was quick communication when needed and we enjoyed the condo and the amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is tough to find. I would return with our family.
