Great place, amazing view, and host was terrific.

Very nice unit. The only complaints were bad pet hair/dandruff on the fold out couch and the extra sheets for the couch. Also the couch/bed is at a slope when opened for the bed. Also unless you have a vehicle that sure a little higher than a mini van do not try and park in the assigned parking spot. Ours is a Chrysler Pacifica. You WILL scrape everytime you enter the garage. But if all of the parking lot spots are taken you have no other choice.

This property was better than advertised. It was in a great location that is closed off from vehicles driving on the beach. The whole family enjoyed sitting on the balcony and watching the waves. The location of the building was very easily accessible to leave and return to the property. The condo was stocked with all the basics we needed as well as stuff to take to the beach. We would definitely stay here again

Our stay was amazing! Location was perfect, beach was never crowded, board walk only 10mins away. Overall 10/10!!!!

The condo is in a great spot on the beach. There were amazing tide pools and it is not on the driving part so I was able to relax while the kids played. The beds were comfortable. It is not fancy but it met the needs of my family of 5.

I chose this property because it said it had a hot tub, but it does NOT. It was a nice unit and besides the hot tub we had everything we needed. The owner had good communication.

Absolutely beautiful property with a fantastic ocean view to wake up to every morning. It is very clean and has everything that you need. Easy access to the pool and beach. 10/10 would reccomend.

We stayed for a week in the beginning of March and loved our stay. My parents stay at Blue Surf next door so this was a great option for us. The kitchen was well stocked with new appliances and anything else we could need. Lots of beach towels, chairs & amenities. We had one minor issue with the shower and Michelle was quick to respond and get everything taken care of which was awesome. Even though they were updating windows and working on the patio, it did not stop us for enjoying the pool and the beach each day. Truly enjoyed waking up each morning to a beautiful sunrise, that can't be beat. I would highly recommend renting from the Gregory's.

Our condo would have been a good choice if it had air conditioning. We had no AC for the entire week. Two repair men came out at different times but both said the same thing, that the AC needed to be replaced. Other than that, the unit was nicely furnished and remodeled.

Nice condo, very clean

We enjoyed a wonderful stay with our family at this well equipped condo. It had everything we needed although we ran out of toilet paper. (We were told that they didn’t supply personal items). Really? So we bought our own. I later reviewed the listing and it did in fact say toilet paper was included. Besides that, there was quick communication when needed and we enjoyed the condo and the amenities. There is garage parking for one vehicle. Additional parking is tough to find. I would return with our family.

The condo was perfect for my friend and I to share and then have our own space. Gorgeous views and thoughtful touches. The pool and beach access were ideal. I’ll be coming back!

Property was nice.

The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is absolutely beautiful. It’s so comfortable and surprisingly it was well stocked like I did not expect that at all. Very clean. Absolutely perfect being on the sixth floor. I never had any issues there in the unit nor the building or parking lot. It was just all very smooth sailing. I would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anybody that would be going to the Daytona area.BTW, The beds were very comfortable.

This condo was perfect for our family's stay in Daytona, had everything we needed and the beach view in the evenings was amazing. Owner was great about information and answering all my questions. Will for sure stay again we when go back in 2026
