I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was beautifully set up for the small space. It did not feel as small as I thought it might. Back deck was a nice bonus. Murphy bed was very comfortable and easy to put up and down. Overall a little better in person than it looks online!

Reviewer Comments: Excellent proximity to the beach, we were able to take the short walk there daily. The beach was nice and quiet and not crowded. Close to everything - Dunkin, Cuffy’s, Stop & Shop, and plenty of excellent restaurants. The rental is in a very quiet area, we loved the short walk to Swan River and the wooded area that the deck overlooks. The unit is surprisingly roomy and the bed was extremely comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again!
