Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Was the perfect set up for us. Clean and well supplied with all a family needs. Felt like a home away from home. Best spot we have stayed!
This is one of the best condos I’ve stayed in. Bathrooms are great, and layout is perfect.
The blanket in one of the bedrooms had white stains all over it I had to wash it before we could even lay down. The towels in the loft bathroom were filthy, the fridge and dish washer had stuff spilt all over the them. We had to clean everything, they were booked everywhere else or we would have not stayed there.. we even left a day early and they told me they would refund me my cleaning fee I still haven't gotten my cleaning fee or the extra day we didn't stay back..
A very nice clean place lots of room, the only problem we ran in to could not get the TVs in the bedrooms we couldn’t get to turn on. But the one in the living room worked great. Great location beautiful area definitely recommend to anyone stay in Angel Fire.
The condo was very clean and well kept. The staff was very accommodating. I had a request and the manager/maintenance staff was quick to assist me and my guest at the last minute. My family was able to visit eagles nest and red river all in one day. Made a perfect family weekend getaway!
Easy checkin and checkout procedure. Good location. Property was clean. Property could use more common area seating. Very nice and would consider returning.
This condo was perfect for our family of 5! The loft was great for the kids! Loved the storage locker downstairs and the close proximity to the shuttle pick up.
The location was nice and the condo seemed clean. The pictures of the inside of the condo were accurate. The beds and pillows were subpar but tolerable. The television upstairs was not working properly but we dealt with it. However, there were a couple of frustrations that were such high negatives that prompt me to give this location such a low rating. First of all, the gas fireplace was not working. My husband saw maintenance workers outside and asked them what the problem was and he was told that the gas to the whole building had been turned off since September 2019. Our stay was January 5-10, 2020. Not once were we notified that the fireplace was inoperable. Which brings me to my second major complaint; there was no communication. I called multiple times (speaking to the people at VACASA). They were unaware that there was a problem with the fireplace. After my many phone calls they notified me they discovered that they could not send out anyone to fix it because it is an HOA problem. I then asked to talk to the home owner to discuss the possibility of some compensation since having a fireplace was very important to my family. I was told the homeowner would be notified and he would be in contact with me. Up to this point there has been no communication with the homeowner. We left the condo neat and tidy and followed check out directions because we tried to do the right thing. I wish the homeowner would do the right thing.
