I did not have the elevator code and parking was totally full. The problem was resolved but took too much effort.

Our kids were able to bike all around and walk to grab breakfast and coffee each morning. Lunch/dinner and shopping are right downstairs. Our new favorite place to grab a meal this year was drome. We went twice! The staff is friendly and the food is delicious! The beach access is literally steps from our door. The unit is super clean and the management team is very proactive and friendly. If you like being in the middle of it all, this is the perfect place to stay!

We loved staying at Perfect View and the view was perfect. Couldn't of asked for a better location. The property is updated and the beds were comfortable. Everything you needed was in the unit. Can't wait to stay there again!

Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice unit with excellent features and if the full Seaside Experience is what you are after this is an outstanding choice.We went because for our 17 year old daughter, this was right up her alley. I prefer seclusion to crowds but I'm old and stuck in my ways.The condo was really nice, the management company does a great job in communicating and responding and we have no complaints at all and highly recommend using them.Our daughter had a great time and that's why we went.

Reviewer Comments: Although this property was gorgeous and centrally located we would probably not stay at this particular property for the following reasons 1) no trees to block morning sun in bedroom windows 2) internet was spotty 3) noise of square overnight with working crews.

We enjoyed being so close to the beach and in the middle of all the action. The place was clean and very spacious for our family of four. The parking is the only downside as there is no assigned spot but there is plenty of nearby parking. Will definitely be back to Seaside and would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We arrived a couple of hours prior to check-in on Sunday, but the staff went out of their way to bring us all of our passes so we could enjoy Seaside amenities while we waited. Aside from the incredibly hot and humid weather, our little mini vacation was perfect, and we can’t wait to return. When we do, we will likely book the same unit. Not only was it comfortable and spotless, the location can’t be beat!
