Stayed Jun 26, 2023One of the premo places I have every stayed for vacation, and I travel about 68 days a year. Palm trees swaying, Spanish moss whispering in the briny breeze, birdsong in the morning, the comforting TWACK of golf balls ricocheting off the nearby live oaks lining the golf course out back. (I found over 100 golf balls just by walking under some palmetto scrubs.) Also right by a gorgeous sun-dappled pool and hot tub. There are lizards, frogs, alligators, tiny dwarf deer, golfers, and mermaids, but that may have been the tequila on the mermaids. Beach and boardwalk-type area is just a bike ride (cheap rentals are everywhere nearby) away, with tourist souvenirs, coffees, ice-cream shacks, further tequila. Food places sprout like sea oats on the nearby dunes. I had nachos the size of a manatee at Salty Dog Cafe, and also try the shrimp burritos and the tequila at Aunt Chiladas. I don’t really have a complaint. None. Clean, modern inside, even had a freaking bidet! Heavenly.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Overall, we really enjoyed our unit and it's proximity to the beach. It being gated was bonus, and it was very quiet. It was clean as well, and the we used the laundry units a lot. The only two (very fixable) knocks against it which keep me going 5 stars: The mattress in the master bedroom is wildly uncomfortable and the drip coffeemaker upstairs is not an auto-shutoff coffee maker. The first complaint is admittedly subjective, but it's literally egg carton type foam on a overly firm mattress underneath. My partner and I both laid down on our first night and immediately said it was one of the most uncomfortable mattresses we've ever slept on in our extensive travels. On the coffee maker, it's more of a safety issue. I wasn't even aware they still made coffee makers that don't shut-off after an hour or so. So it was alarming to come back after 3 - 4 hours on the beach to notice the coffee maker still on and very hot with not much left in the pot. The coils on the inside made steam when I added water to make another pot, so it's not just the warmer that's on - the whole unit is hot. I could be overly cautious, but I know fires have started in the past from coffee makers left on. Again, I would rent the unit again without reservation, but felt obligated to share since the two issues I had were very fixable.

Stayed Aug 21, 2022This is our second time staying at the house. The house is equipped with enough necessity for us. The house is clean when we checked in. Close to all amenities and local market Publix. A short drive to the beach. Highly recommend.

Stayed Jun 10, 2022We stayed at this property in June. This property was nice. It had 2 bedrooms downstairs and one office room. Office has ac console. Kitchen and family rooms are upstairs. There is also screened porch upstairs. Checkin process was smooth. We also had assigned property manager who was in touch with me via text. He/She responded promptly. Answered all of my questions. There was one question he couldn't answer, he referred to local team and they helped out. Parking was free. Getting to Coligny beach is pretty easy less than 5 min drive. There is also private beach at Sonesta Resort for which we were provided parking pass. Location is great. It is inside shipyard and closer to all attractions.
