Renovated High End Finishes - Sought After Admiral Quarters Gulf Front Condo

Gorgeous views from the balcony. Condo was spacious and kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Owners were quick to respond when needed.

Very clean and a great host

Host was very easy to work with. Extended our stay by a day on the front end and back. Really liked the padded furniture on the balcony instead of the composite furniture so many owners are using now. The large size of the television in the living room was really enjoyable. The only suggestion I'd make is to add a coffee pod coffeemaker in the kitchen as I assume that is what most coffee drinkers now use. (we brought our own since the description was clear that there was not one)

We have stayed in several condos at Admiral’s Quarters and 1204 was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Downside was it’s dated and in need of some repairs. Plumbing fixtures, mattresses and a ceiling fan need replaced as well as work on the Dish TV system.

Great location and property.

Check-in was simple. Mandy was wonderful with communication. We watched dolphins play from the balcony.

Overall the property was nice. Mandy was super nice and easy to work with. A few improvements are needed: some kind of shelving system in the master shower, there wasn’t anywhere to store soap products; the wet bar ice maker doesn’t work; the handle to the balcony was broken on arrival, but the owners were aware and had scheduled a repair. The repairmen were very nice and professional. The condo was spacious and perfect for my family of 4. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful weather week

This condo was the perfect one for two couples. It’s not often you find two bedrooms with king beds and on suites. The kitchen was large and had everything we needed. The balcony was large and we enjoyed our morning and evening beverages while enjoying the beautiful view. The pool and beach were easy to access. The property owners were so nice. Even gave us recommendations for where to eat and things to do. They answered my questions promptly and were a pleasure to deal with. We would stay here again with no hesitation.

We loved everything about our stay!

The unit was very nice, a couple of upgrades then excellent. Some patio furniture needs replacing the new patio furniture is really nice. Master bedroom needs a second nightstand and decent lamps. The property was nice too: access, parking, security all well managed. Nothing here deterred from our stay. We had a really nice time.

We had a wonderful stay here. Everything was very neat and clean with plenty of linens and towels. There were many great restaurants and grocery stores very close. All the staff we came in contact with at the complex were always friendly. We didn't have any issues with the condo or the complex at all. This place is on our list of places to revisit.

Mother Nature gave us some liquid sunshine and we still had a great time. Room was beautiful, spacious, well equipped with everything you need. The locale seafood market had some of the freshest shrimp and we found a new favorite restaurant, Doc’s Seafood & Steaks. Believe them when they have the best! The ocean view from our condo was perfect and the time we did get to spend on the beach was also perfect. We honestly can’t find anything bad with this visit. Out of a perfect 10 rating we would stay here again. The manager of the room was one of the best in touch we have ever had!

Enjoyed our week in Orange Beach… We were there for a baseball Tournament.

This was a very nice, clean and well equipped condo in a very nice & not overly crowded complex. The location was perfect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend this condo and the owners (Jimmy & Mandy Barton), who were very easy to work with and went out of their way to make our stay perfect. You will not be disappointed if you book their condo for your next beach trip to Orange Beach.

Just wow! Things we loved…Our top 5. 1) Cleanliness! Absolutely the cleanest condo we have ever rented, hands down. 2) Location. Close to so many restaurants and activities in OB, Perdido Key, and Gulf Shores 3) Balcony is amazing, wonderful views! 4) Communication and check-in was top notch. 5) Best seat in the house for fireworks!! Walk to the beach and you’ll have a front row seat!

Wonderful location right on the beach. The unit is very clean and spacious. The only complaint” is maybe some board games for the rainy afternoons. We loved it and will definitely be back! Great hosts with great communication.

We had an incredible stay at the Admirals Quaters in Orange Beach! The location was perfect—right on the beach with stunning ocean views. The condo itself was impeccably clean and had everything we needed, The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy to enjoy meals on the spacious balcony. The amenities were top-notch, including a gorgeous pool and well-maintained fitness center. The owners were friendly and responsive, ensuring our stay was flawless. Being close to fantastic restaurants and shops was a huge plus. We can't wait to return to this amazing spot for another unforgettable vacation!
