Renovated! End unit with two balconies ! Beach, city, sunset & sunrise views!

This place is as good as it gets anywhere! The owner is great to communicate with and his property manager met us at check in and was awesome to work with! If I could have my own Florida Beach Condo, this would be the one!Completely as advertised. It has everything for if you want to stay in for meals, or an easy short drive to lots of local restaurants. It also has all the things you need for a day at the beach - chairs, umbrella, coolers, boogie boards, shell scoops, sandcastle building supplies, etc.10/10 and if possible, this will be the place we rent from now on!

The condo and property were wonderful. Beautiful condo, with sunrise to sunset views. The owners and property manager were accessible and extremely helpful. Wonderful family vacation!

Great time in Marco! The place was exactly as advertised and very professionally managed. While we did not have any need to communicate during our stay (no issues), the interaction and information shared prior to our arriving and the personal check-in service provided was great. Love Marco!!!

Dick, the owner, was excellent to work with from his first message to assisting us with any issue that came up. Even allowing us to check in two days early when our hotel accommodations prior to visiting Marco weren’t ideal. We made a few suggestions on how to improve the stay and Dick very kind response addressing the issues. Kim the property manager was also very helpful in getting us settled and answering questions. Overall a great experience.

We had a fantastic time at this property and community. The condo itself was beautiful and has anything and everything you will need for your stay - better than any other property we have rented. Everything you need for a day at the beach as well as to enjoy the amenities on property. The complex is beautiful and will keep the kids very busy. Our boys loved the beach, pickleball, bocce ball, and the weight room. It kept them very active (and off their phones) the entire trip. The property manager was extremely helpful and accommodating during the trip. I messaged her with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.

First of all our Hosts Dick and Ginny were so accommodating and helpful . ( even before we arrived asked for any requests -like a concierge service ) This condo had everything one would need . Very comfortable - loved that they had reclining chairs in the living room . Tons of beach equipment - the dolly to transport items to the beach was amazing ,it made the long haul through the sand a piece of cake — Management-security and parking was wonderful —a Beautiful relaxing vacation -Thank you !

Beautiful condo, great view, great location, great hosts! It’s everything you want in a Marco vacation rental. We hope to come back next year, which says it all.

Very modern, clean, and well-appointed unit. The owners have thought of all your needs and then some! The property manager was very helpful, so check-in and check-out were seamless. The building is about a 10-minute easy walk across the very wide beach to the water, where you can collect some beautiful shells and sand dollars, if you’re into that. The views from the condo are beautiful - you see both the gulf and a ponded area that attract lots of water birds, so bring your binoculars. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, until the day we left, everything was perfect. Kimberly met us and gave complete instructions for the condo and the South Seas property. The condo was fully equipped which is so appreciative. Things we normally have to purchase, we didn't. Thank you. We loved everything about the condo, and the location. Based on previous reviews, we were prepared for the beach hike and honestly, after the first day, we didn't mind it. It was the best walking beach we have ever been on! The double porches were great and we utilized them both. The only issue we really had was the mattresses on master and twin beds seemed exceptional hard. They were very nice mattresses so maybe mattress covers would help. Overall, this was an exceptional trip for us. Thank you again.
