Renovated End Unit on Golf Course. Amazing View! Quiet located on a cul-de-sac.

This property is one of the best we've stayed at: clean, comfortable, and well supplied. Matt was attentive and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend it.

Superb location close to restaurants, prime golf and grocery stores. Desert Falls is the location sweet spot in Palm Desert. The entry from the Frank Sinatra gate assures a quiet stay. Matt, our host, is in a class by himself. We’ve stayed in VRBOs on four continents and Matt sets himself apart on being easy to work with. Communication is instantaneous. Leaving this review risks our availability for future visits but Matt deserves the praise. Thanks Matt!

We enjoyed staying at this property very much. It was conveniently located, enabling us to visit our extended family who live in Palm Desert for the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen is well stocked, and the laundry room provided a much welcome opportunity to keep up with laundry. The view of the golf course and surrounding mountains from the patio was lovely. A provided step stool was available to get into the high bed in the master bedroom, as well as into the tub/shower in the master bathroom. Plenty of hot water was available for showers. Written instructions for unlocking and locking the front door were helpful and easy to follow. Everything helped us to feel right at home. Having breakfast at a table near the kitchen was delightful, with a nice view of the outdoors through louvered blinds. Neighbors were friendly, waving to us as we set out for our daily adventures. It was exceptionally quiet. We look forward to returning, and especially appreciate the kind communication with the property owner.

Quiet location in the middle of a golf course;wonderful sunsets overlooking the fairways and Mt. Jacinto. Communication with owner was very pleasant, response time was really fast. Thank You Matt, we‘ll be back!

The location is wonderfully situated in a quiet, gated neighborhood. The amenities at the house and property were excellent. The owner, Matt, was incredibly easy to communicate with and answered all questions promptly. Would definitely stay again!

Very nice condo. Great view. Easy to find. Great instructions. Spacious. Well stocked. Comfortable beds. Couch etc. clean and great location.

Great size unit. Wonderful view of golf course and mountains. Better than home.

Views of fairway and mountains were superb! Communication with host was excellent, 2 technical issues were taken care of within a couple of hours. Beds were very comfy, mattress not too soft!There even was a cooler with cooling elements for shopping & excursions. Will definitely go there again
