Renovated condo with updated floors, pool, hot tub & mountain views

Terrible mattress. I’m 150lbs. Rolled to middle and sank so deep in presumably old mattress conventional spring it was hard to get out. Appliances are in good condition but laughably old. TV remote in bedroom broken. Basic cable with no smart TV connection. Invest about 1 mo. rent into upgrades and iI would recommend. I’ve done many rentals in the area and amenities are sub par. Always had basics, like coffee pods, etc. Nothing. Hate to be negative. But really behind the curve and worse because just needs basic upgrades. Appliances, electronics and by all that is good and right, a new MATTRESS!

Great Unit

The property was comfortable for 4 people. Although the summary says the property has been updated, we would use that description loosely. Be prepared for electrical challenges-switches to nowhere, plug ins that do not function in bathroom, etc. if you are taking kids, double-check the twin beds as they roll around and could create a safety issue against the walls. Make sure the unit is cleaned to your expectations.

Overall a great place. Beds are comfortable. We could not get any good streaming coverage from the TV’s. The one in the spare room doesn’t appear to be connected to anything. Multiple remotes would indicate cable but they were non responsive.

Very quiet, easy access to main roads/highways. Quiet, friendly area. Well maintained.

Nice condo In convenient location. Good layout. Comfortable furniture and furnishings. Loved the large hot tub and pool. However, TVs in both bedrooms not working. Talked by phone with property management who said they’d send someone out the next day. Never happened. Didn’t really need them anyway. Too busy having fun.

Great location. Beautiful walking neighborhood

This is a quiet unit at the end of the complex. The flooring has been nicely redone, but nothing else. It’s beat. The furniture needs a deep cleaning, we even found crawling bugs on a chair and the couch cushions. The beds were ok, but too soft for us and our adult children. It was not cleaned well, and the balcony furniture—a place we spend a lot of time—was covered with dirt. A big shout out to Reyna, the Vacasa rep, who was really responsive and worked hard to make things right.

Overall, this condo was great - clean, quiet and plenty of room for 3-4 people. The only surprise was they don't provide any soap or shampoo. Seems a bit cheap given the price paid. But overall we were happy with this unit.

The condo was in immaculate condition when we arrived. Spacious, everything was as advertised. The parking spot is the closest spot to the unit itself which was very convenient. Quiet neighborhood and stores/restaurants were all within a 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay there again

Clean & neat 2 bdrm condo. Only issue was lack of streaming capability so that we couldn’t sign in to our Amazon Prime or Netflix accounts. Xfinity cable was available. In today’s rental world I would have thought streaming services would be a must. A Roku stick is under $30.00
