Renovated condo with premium features on Siesta Key

Beautiful view. Very clean and comfortable.

It was exactly as pictured, clean, and homey. The back deck gives a gorgeous view of the sunrise in the morning, and the beach access is convenient, not requiring any driving! We enjoyed our stay!

Major roof works being carried out above us, wasn’t informed about until arrival. Unable to be relocated by host, was given a refund and we relocated with Midnight Cove 2 which is a lovely resort.Bathroom and Kitchen need updating.

Very clean and in a good location. We did have a problem with the exterior door handle that was not resolved while we were staying there. Communication with the property manager was very good. Perfect size for a family of 4 with 2 children. We will be back!

Our friends stayed here for a week a few years ago and recommended this unit for our vacay week in Siesta Key.Ive also read all the reviews before I booked and my summary is that you get a really nice standard booking this, both the unit but also the well taken care surrondings with the pool area, the BBQ area, the parking lot, the tennis court and the laundry machine room (7 quarters per cycle so get som change at Publix before your arrive).Good and instant communication with the Manager (Clint).High standard of the unit, well cleaned and nothing to remark about, everything working and well cleaned unit when we arrived. Staying in Florida for a month so very nice to get away from the hotels for awhile and have separate rooms with our 2 kids, nice balcony for breakfast and do some own BBQ during dinners. A lot of similar units to rent at Midnight Cove II but this one really stand out.

We were here for the third time, and it was fantastic again. Our host, Clint, had once again organized everything superbly, making some minor investments last year, so we felt completely at home and will definitely return a fourth time.thx

Very nicely decorated and comfortable condo for 2. 7 min walk to the number ONE beach in the USA. Outdoor balcony has a wonderful view of boats on the Inter coastal.

We had a fantastic stay at the condo. It was aGreat location and access to the beach was just a short walk. Condo was bright and comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the lanai by the inter coastal. The white sandy beach is incredible. We now know why it’s voted best beach in USA!! We loved playing tennis and pickleball and met lots of great people.

I would definitely stay again if we go back. It was spacious and had all that we needed and then some. Loved the neighborhood, and short walk to the beach. It was a calming relaxing vacation and the neighborhood added to that with its older crowd which made it feel very safe with having kids. Would have liked if the listing said it had a pack n play so we didn’t have to bring ours. Also bring quarters since the laundry is at the clubhouse/office area and not in the unit. But that’s on myself for not reading the details of the listing. Overall we loved it and hopefully we’ll be allowed back with our three very wild animals that made it hard to stay quiet.

Nice condo with great view of intercostal waterway. Grounds are very well maintained. We liked the picnic & grilling area along with the path along the water with seating overlooking the water. Our only issue was the condo was on the third floor with no elevator which made it difficult for us.

The property was very clean, but does not match the description fully. While the furniture and flooring and kitchen appliances, may be new- it is not a renovation. The cabinets in both kitchen and bathroom are very worn and not new, neither are the countertops. The property manager was responsive, but not necessarily informed about laundry facilities or beach access. Great location - walking distances to many things.

Private access to the beach, nice condo well equipped. Pool and pickleball court available.

All the pictures are completely accurate. Such a convenient check in process. The condo was stock with everything you could possibly need. And an entire storage space with ceiling to floor things for the beach. The location is perfect. We will definitely be back

Our stay at the property was great! The owner was informative and helpfull. Place was clean and offered many great amenities. I would stay here again. The Vrbo process was easy.

We had a great time in siesta key! Midnight cove II is a perfect location and great property. Our unit was just as advertised with many amenities. Thanks for the memories.

Very nice furnished apartment with comfy beds. Short walk to the beach and a few restaurants within walking distance. Shuttle bus available to go to the main village. The host was very service minded and fixed all things we asked for within 24 hours. I highly recommend this apartmentand would book it again.
