Renovated Condo With Pool on No Drive Beach

Communication was great, check-in was easy as all information we needed was provided ahead of time to us. The unit is located right on the beach and has a beautiful unobstructed view of the ocean. The condo building was quiet and had plenty of parking. The unit itself was not properly cleaned and I would most likely not stay here again because of this. We found hair throughout the unit (end tables, in the guest bed, guest shower etc) and could easily tell the kitchen floor was not swept and there was a layer of crumbs/dust along the living room floor wall. The lampshades in the living room were so dusty and stained.

Beautiful condo in perfect location! Host was very helpful with pre-trip details and accommodating of our special needs/circumstances. We highly recommend this property and we will be back!

Love this condo. 2nd year in a row booking it. Responsive host. Very comfortable beds. Stocked with everything you need. Cleaners need to do a little better job. Other than that it’s a beautiful place to stay at.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We unit was stocked with more items then we were used to including beach chairs, cooler, anything you'd need in the kitchen and more! We will likely be back :)

We loved the condo and enjoyed our stay. The condo is well equipped with everything you need for a day at the beach.The condo was beautiful done and the owner was easy to reach.We will be returning for sure.

Communication with the host was great! Condo was clean, location perfect for what we needed.

Stayed here for a long weekend. The hosts were wonderful and made sure everything was what it was supposed to be. Beds were comfortable (we prefer medium or soft firmness, so worked out great, as the master was right in the middle of that). Kitchen was well stocked. Beautiful view and nice quiet beach with it being a no drive beach.

Wonderful getaway. The keypad locked us out several times and didn’t want to work. It appears to be broken. Otherwise thankful and enjoyable. Loved the renovations and experience.

This condo has everything you need for a great family vacation. The view is amazing and the facility pool is nice to enjoy after a day on the beach. You won’t regret booking this condo!

Loved the condo. Julie was very responsive the entire week we stayed. We have been staying at southpoint for 7 years now and this unit is the best one we have stayed in. Loved it so much we booked it again for next year!

We had a great stay. The condo is very well stocked. It was so nice to sit out on the balcony & enjoy the beautiful view. The beach is beautiful & it is a great condo complex. The owner was very helpful & very quick to respond. We will definitely be going back.

Love this condo. We had grandchildren with us this time and the beach toys and chairs were wonderful. They loved their bedroom with the bunks. I especially loved the addition of the charging stations in the master. We have stayed at this property several times and this unit is my absolute favorite.
