Renovated condo with easy beach access on Siesta

Only a couple minutes walk to the beach!

The place was cute and clean. It was a nice stay:)

We loved everything and the company! We want to stay every year! It was quiet, clean, great neighbors, and close to the beach. Absolutely great!

The property had a great location on the island....close to beach and close to great restaurants. It was set on a side street with little or no traffic. The unit was well stocked with many amenities not found at other rentals. It appeared to have been updated with fixtures and appliances.

Excellent place, my granchildren enjoyed too much. We will come back soon.

Clean, has all you need in the way of supplies (grill, washer/dryer, utensils, beach chairs/umbrella). Best part: close to beach access and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Well kept, nice patios to have coffee or catch some sun. The only suggestions are another mirror (only option small bathroom mirror) and the ability to adjust the air conditioner below 73 degrees. A keurig vs. drip coffee maker would be nice. Beds have very firm mattresses if that is to your liking. Pull out couch came in handy as well as Roku TV with lots of channel options. Owners were quickly responsive to minor issues I needed repaired (lock and dryer). Would definitely stay again!

Unit was smaller then appeared online but very clean.

This is a nice little place located very close to the beach access. I say little because I think it might feel crowded with more than 2 or 3 adults. I would recommend this property with just two suggestions. First of all it was spotless! Don’t let your house cleaners go, they do an excellent job inside and out. The kitchen and bathroom had everything we needed but bring your own shampoo. The bedrooms were nice too. The breezeway and patio were great and as clean as the unit. The only suggestion I would make would be to replace the couch and area rug in front of it. They’ve both seen better days. I weigh under 100 lbs and every time I sat down I sunk in almost to the point I could feel the hide a bed underneath. I know, wear and tear is normal. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Clean. Great location. Easy. Only issue for me was the ac thermostat. The coolest it offered was 73 degrees. My monitor reflected no temps cooler than 77 degrees in the bedroom. I would have enjoyed a much cooler night's rest after being in the beautiful hot sun all day. Property Mgmt offered quick responses. Kitchen and parking were excellent. A good stay.

The living room furniture could use some updating not very comfortable after a long day. We had asked for an early check in, never heard back. Drove by the property upon arrival. We thought we spoke to the owner and asked if we could check in early, the property was ready, but we still had to wait until 4pm, a little disappointing.

Perfect house for us! House has be updated, very clean, and the location to the beach was perfect. Just a 2 min walk through a pretty neighborhood and a nice shaded beach path down to the water. Loved it!!!!!!!!

Located in a quiet neighborhood with easy public beach access. This particular public beach space is small and does have quite a bit of debris on shore daily. Kitchen and bath were recently renovated, property was clean. Beds, couch and living room chair were all well worn. Living room furniture felt dirty from use, and was not particularly comfortable. Outdoor furniture was also quite worn. It was nice to have the option of a screened in breezeway and an enclosed outdoor patio. We were surprised to find no cleaning supplies on site, not even 1 extra garbage bag. A/C was not adjustable, causing the unit to feel stuffy at times. Water stayed hot for showers and had good pressure. Off street parking a plus. Because the price was low comparatively we were able to overlook some of the negative aspects.

Very clean very nice. Really liked it and would stay again.

Need a better stocked kitchen. Furniture was old and worn. Bedding was flimsy. Pictures made place look better than it was.
